★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive há poucos dias uma experiência horrível pelo atendimento telefônico, porém hj fui atendido pelo Ewerton é Elaine no Shopping Polo loja da Claro e mudei totalmente o conceito sobre a Claro pelo excelente atendimento pelos dois. Nota 1000 pelo atendimento desses dois funcionários. Obrigado.
A few days ago I had a horrible experience with the telephone service, but today I was attended by Ewerton and Elaine at the Shopping Polo store by Claro and I totally changed the concept of Claro due to the excellent service provided by both of them. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor and expensive service compared to what we have available in the states. I ordered a phone plus prepaid service online and the phone did not work. It was very difficult to find a store that was open, and the one in town had a service outage. This one had to replace the card that they shipped me, but still charged for a new SIM card. I prepaid $10 worth of service, and after a few seconds of trying and failing to install WhatsApp my credits were already used up. It seems to cost about $10 a megabyte. My Google Fi service is $10 a GIGABYTE!!! Don't bother with this horrible service unless you absolutely need a local number, and don't even THINK about using cellular data on this service.
