Very bad signal, you have to guess the day we will have internet and despite the contact phone you can't get in touch and the funniest thing is there's no discount when we run out of internet ????????????

Horrible, the internet goes down all the time and they say it's an "external problem" but nobody knows what the problem is, they never know how to respond. I do not recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior internet que ja contratei em toda minha vida, 1 mês tendo problemas de conexão, caindo, lenta.
Sem falar no pior que é o suporte, 3 vezes pedi pra assistência técnica vir e arrumar, na primeira vez passou 5 dias e nada, liguei lá perguntando quando iriam fazer a visita e disseram que nem tinha agendamento marcado, sendo que liguei no 0800 e pedi.
Agora na segunda vez foi 4 dias pra vir arrumar, ai depois de uma semana o problema volta e fiz o pedido novamente da assistência e já se passaram 7 dias sem Internet.
É um absurdo isso.
Não contratem essa internet que não dão o devido respeito pelo cliente.
Worst internet I've ever hired in my entire life, 1 month having connection problems, falling, slow.
Not to mention the worst of the support, 3 times I asked for technical assistance to come and fix it, the first time it was 5 days and nothing, I called there asking when they would make the visit and they said I didn't even have an appointment, and I called the 0800 and I asked.
Now the second time it took me 4 days to come and fix it, then after a week the problem came back and I ordered the assistance again and it's been 7 days without Internet.
This is absurd.
Do not hire this internet that does not give the customer due respect.
