atendentes de brincadeira o tempo todo
sem postura pra atender pessoas que necessitam de atendimento rápido.
sem orientação pra passar pros clientes nunca mais volto nessa loja
totalmente despreparados .
não explicam os serviços que serão realizados me senti péssimo

Queria ap nas entregar o equipamento da claro residencial...fiquei esperando 50, minutos e em todo esse tempo havia funcionário sem atender ninguém, na loja haviam 3 clientes...absurdo...o processo de delação para essas lojas é cheio de frescura. Mas sempre escolhem os que não querem nada com nada
Awful. I wanted to deliver the equipment from Claro Residential...I was waiting 50 minutes and in all that time there was an employee without attending to anyone, in the store there were 3 customers...absurd...the denouncement process for these stores is full of freshness. But they always choose the ones who want nothing to do with anything

Estamos com problema para receber um chip que foi pedida a portabilidade no dia 21 de abril . Que segundo chegaria em 24horas que só fui saber ao ligar pra reclamar que na vdd seriam dez dias úteis . Esperamos como não chegou , ligamos e a atendente disse que já tinha sido entregue para um tal Guilherme que nunca vi na vida . Aí a moça mandou que fossemos no dia dois de maio pegar na loja gratuitamente . Na primeira foi , 35, na segunda 20 e na última dez reais . Só que não podemos pegar pois meu namorado que tem pensão e usa a identidade pra tudo inclusive fazer prova de vida . Não pode pegar pois a identidade tem mais de dez anos . Nunca soube disso . Estamos sem a linha e eles não resolvem nada . Cancelar teria que pagar 200 reais . Então é zero . Pois na rua vc só precisa da seu nome e pegar na loja com documentos originais não pode .
I only put one because you have to rate. Look, it was a stressful day, we went to three clear that day. We are having trouble receiving a chip that was requested for portability on April 21st. That second would arrive in 24 hours that I only found out when I called to complain that it would actually be ten working days. We waited as it didn't arrive, we called and the attendant said it had already been delivered to a Guilherme I've never seen in my life. Then the girl told us to go to the store on May 2nd for free. In the first it was 35, in the second 20 and in the last ten reais. But we can't take it because my boyfriend who has a pension and uses his identity for everything, including proof of life. You can't take it because the ID is more than ten years old. I never knew about it. We're out of line and they don't solve anything. Cancel would have to pay 200 reais. So it's zero. Because on the street you just need your name and you can't pick up at the store with original documents.
