★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive na loja no dia 07/01/2022, por volta das 18:30 e, infelizmente, não tive como não ficar insatisfeita com o atendimento prestado. Havia 2 funcionárias sentadas atrás do balcão. Entrei na loja, dei boa noite, olhei algumas peças que estavam expostas. Nenhuma das duas funcionárias demonstraram nenhuma atitude solícita, sequer levantaram para fingir boa vontade.
Ambas estavam mechendo no celular (uma, inclusive, estava jogando). Depois dessa experiência, não entro mais nessa loja.
I was at the store on 01/07/2022, around 18:30 and, unfortunately, I couldn't help but be dissatisfied with the service provided. There were 2 employees sitting behind the counter. I entered the store, said good night, looked at some of the pieces that were on display. Neither of the two employees showed any solicitous attitude, nor did they even get up to feign goodwill.
Both were fiddling with their cell phones (one was even playing games). After that experience, I don't go to this store anymore.
