★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento de alguns funcionários. Comprei uma vitamina lá e na hora que chego em casa verifico que o farmacêutico colocou outra. Deixei para trocar no dia seguinte. Ou seja hoje. Quando chego lá se recusaram em trocar pq eu não estava com a nota fiscal e o ticket do pagamento do cartão.
Insta salientar que comprei ontem meia hora antes de fechar e que a atendente não me deu a nota e tão pouco o comprovante de pgto. Geralmente é de costume de nós cidadãos de bem não pegarmos o comprovante até mesmo para que o vendedor poupe seu papel. Mas de agora em diante vou pedir nota de tudo. Que sirva de lição.
A sacola que levei o medicamento era deles, assim como o outro remédio que tbm comprei la, e eles se negarem a trocar, é o cúmulo do descaso!!!
Qual o intuito de um cidadão ir trocar um remédio; acaso eu vou obter alguma vantagem ilegal com isso ou eles iriam perder alguma coisa???
Enfim, fica aqui registrada minha indignação e insatisfação. Não recomendo a ninguém.

Comprem na Ultrafarma é bem perto desta e os preços são melhores e quando precisa trocar eles trocam e não agem com descaso.

It is important to point out that I bought it half an hour before closing yesterday and that the clerk did not give me the note and the voucher. It is usually customary for us good citizens not to take the voucher even for the seller to spare his paper. But from now on I will take note of everything. Let it be a lesson.
The bag that I took the medicine was theirs, as well as the other medicine that also bought it, and they refuse to change, is the height of neglect !!!
What is the purpose of a citizen to change a medicine; Will I get some illegal advantage from this or would they lose anything ???
Finally, here is registered my indignation and dissatisfaction. I do not recommend it to anyone.
Nonsense ... Ask for the invoice.
Buy at Ultrafarma is very close to this and the prices are better and when you need to change they change and do not act with neglect.
