Em plena pandemia não foram minimamente flexíveis, não levando em conta: 1- que oferecem um serviço em local completamente fechado; 2- que houve mudança em relação horários inicialmente contratados; 3- que as mudanças de cenário com o aumento de número de casos e mortes no Estado eleva o temor dos clientes. Foram irredutíveis para renegociação.
I do not recommend! In the middle of the pandemic, they were not flexible, not taking into account: 1- that they offer a service in a completely closed place; 2- that there was a change in relation to the hours initially contracted; 3- that the changes in the scenario with the increase in the number of cases and deaths in the state raise the fear of clients. They were irreducible for renegotiation.
