★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom Fui na clean pet por indicação sai do bairro Bom jesus pra ir no Sta Inês e ser mal atendida pois o exame que a veterinária fez no meu pet foi horrível pra pesar tive pedir pra anotar na caderneta tive pedir não aferiu a temperatura do pet só queria vender produtos da loja fiquei decepcionada com o atendimento não recomendo pra ninguém ??
Good I went to the clean pet by referral leaves the Bom jesus neighborhood to go to Sta Inês and be poorly attended because the exam that the veterinarian did on my pet was horrible to regret I had to ask to write it down in the booklet I had to ask not to check the temperature of the pet only I wanted to sell products from the store I was disappointed with the service I don't recommend to anyone ??

Valor da castração acordado pelo telefone diferente do que foi cobrado, atraso de 40 minutos para o procedimento e nem mesmo conversaram sobre histórico do pet, apenas empurraram um termo. Conversa extremamente rápida com o veterinário APÓS a cirurgia, que comunicou que a gata já estava castrada, algo que poderia ter sido avaliado antes de abrir a pobrezinha. Não nos deixaram estar presentes durante a avaliação, então não faço ideia se sequer conferiram se a gatinha já estava prenha antes da cirurgia, já que ela vinha tendo cios regulares. Procedimento da pet feito junto a um cachorro agitado dentro da sala (que de longe parecia estar limpa para tais procedimentos). Voltou para casa extremamente assustada, querendo fugir para a rua a qualquer custo. Não tenho coragem nem de voltar para tirar os pontos, prefiro ir em outro vet. Ainda nos ligaram após verem as nossas avaliações negativas e disseram que nós estávamos sendo incoerentes, sem qualquer tentativa de diálogo ou concessão. Não recomendo!!!
Dissatisfied! Castration value agreed by the phone different from what was charged, 40 minutes delay for the procedure and they didn't even talk about the pet's history, they just pushed a term. Extremely quick conversation with the vet AFTER the surgery, who reported that the cat was already neutered, something that could have been evaluated before opening the poor thing. We were not allowed to be present during the evaluation, so I have no idea if they even checked if the kitten was already pregnant before the surgery, since she had been having regular caries. Pet procedure done with a dog agitated inside the room (which from a distance appeared to be clean for such procedures). She returned home extremely frightened, wanting to escape to the street at any cost. I don't even have the courage to go back to remove the stitches, I prefer to go to another vet. They even called us after seeing our negative reviews and said that we were being inconsistent, without any attempt at dialogue or compromise. I do not recommend!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu Shitzu sempre tomava banho lá, até então os profissionais se mostravam carinhosos, ate dia 08/04/2022 onde meu cachorro (que é manso) chegou com machucado na cabeça. Imediatamente mandei WhatsApp para a empresa e aguardei dia 11/04/2022 para que me ligassem ou perguntassem como meu animal estava (ou pelo menos o MINIMO de preocupação), levei no plantão de atendimento de uma clinica veterinária no dia 8 e alegou PANCADA, machucado! Quando falei isso, me GARANTIRAM na Clean Pet SER IMPOSSIVEL! Solicitei câmeras e vídeo do banho e transporte e não me responderam mais. Total descaso com o cliente e com o animal, estou super decepcionada com o tratamento.
My Shitzu always took a bath there, until then the professionals were affectionate, until 04/08/2022 where my dog (which is tame) arrived with a head injury. I immediately sent WhatsApp to the company and waited on the 11/04/2022 for them to call me or ask how my animal was (or at least the MINIMUM of concern), I took it on duty at a veterinary clinic on the 8th and claimed PANCADA, bruised! When I said that, I was GUARANTEED at Clean Pet TO BE IMPOSSIBLE! I asked for cameras and video of the bath and transport and they didn't answer me anymore. Total disregard for the client and the animal, I am super disappointed with the treatment.
