Liguei para obter uma simples informação à respeito dos valores...na sequência surgiu uma dúvida e perguntei novamente, a mulher falou atropelando a minha voz e com um tom de voz bem RUDE.
Eu ia reclamar no exato momento, mas esperei para observar até onde ia essa falta de ética dela. Mandei até um email de reclamação para o curso.
Custa R$500 por semestre, mas não está valendo o desaforo, nem que fosse gratuito.
A atendente não possui postura nenhuma e menos ainda EDUCAÇÃO e GENTILEZA que era o mínimo.
A impressão que dá é que a alimentação dela foi à base de feno. EU DESISTI e vou fazer em outra escola.

I called to get a simple information about the values ... then a question arose and I asked again, the woman spoke over my voice and in a very RUDE tone.
I was going to complain right now, but I waited to see how far this lack of ethics went. I even sent a complaint email for the course.
It costs R $ 500 per semester, but it is not worth the challenge, even if it was free.
The attendant has no posture and even less EDUCATION and KINDNESS which was the minimum.
The impression it gives is that her food was based on hay. I gave up and I'm going to do it at another school.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Melhor valor do mercado porém agora durante a pandemia com o modo online a qualidade das aulas deslanchou. Muito pouco dinâmica, o professor até é divertido mas não está sabendo repassar o conteúdo. Não estou aprendendo nada, infelizmente estou tendo mais conhecimento indo procurar os assuntos no google do que com o professor. No momento, a troca de turma para mim não é viável, pois só tenho disponibilidade em um certo dia. A um passo do cancelamento, infelizmente.
Best value in the market, but now during the pandemic with the online mode, the quality of the lessons took off. Very little dynamic, the teacher is even fun but does not know how to pass the content. I am not learning anything, unfortunately I am having more knowledge going to search for subjects on google than with the teacher. At the moment, changing the class for me is not feasible, as I only have availability on a certain day. One step away from the cancellation, unfortunately.
