Quando o modelo desejado não está disponível, eles se esforçam em vender uma moto que garanta a mesma satisfação.
Existem boas alternativas em financiamento com parcelas que são adequadas a condições de cada um.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima prestação de serviço, comprei minha moto em dezembro e até hoje 15/03/2022 não saiu o documento da moto em meu nome.
Na garantia levei a moto para consertar a bomba de gasolina e quebraram minha carenagem lateral, uma empresa totalmente sem responsabilidade.
 Terrible service, I bought my motorcycle in December and until today 03/15/2022 the motorcycle document has not been released in my name.
Under warranty I took the bike to repair the gas pump and they broke my side fairing, a company totally without responsibility.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior loja que já fiz negócio. Vendedor sem palavra, só fica enrolando. Paguei minha moto e o documento à vista, até hoje não recebi o doc assinado para transferência. Não atendem, respondem depois de dias dizendo que vão resolver e nada acontece. Pior loja da região.
Worst store I've ever done business with. Seller without a word, just stalling. I paid for my motorcycle and the document in cash, until today I have not received the signed doc for transfer. They don't answer, they answer after days saying they will solve it and nothing happens. Worst store in the area.

Comprei uma moto em dezembro de 2021 e até hoje março 2022 não me entregaram a documentação. O próprio funcionário disse pra eu procurar meus direitos.
NAO RECOMENDO A NINGUEM!
Terrible agency, they don't meet the deadline.
I bought a motorcycle in December 2021 and until today in March 2022 I was not given the documentation. The employee himself told me to look for my rights.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!

Ao concertar a bomba de gasolina em garantia quebraram a carenagem e fizeram gambiarra para arrumar, levaram uma multa de não transferência após 4 meses de enrolação p/ fazer o documento, não trocaram a placa p/ Mercosul mas me venderam a troca, o vendedor Joao só diz que vai resolver e não resolve nada, o vendedor Augusto diz ser o gerente mas não sabe de nada e não resolve nada, o Gabriel que se apresenta como proprietário não da atenção devida aos problemas, levando com a barriga e resolvendo após tempos, fazendo nós gastarmos tempo indo ate o local, eu tive que ir ate a Honda correr atrás da peça que quebraram, mecânico faz gambiarra não da p/ confiar no serviço.

When fixing the gas pump under warranty, they broke the fairing and made a repair to fix it, they got a fine for non-transfer after 4 months of delay to make the document, they didn't change the plate to Mercosur but they sold me the exchange, the seller Joao he just says he'll solve it and doesn't solve anything, the salesman Augusto says he's the manager but he doesn't know anything and doesn't solve anything, Gabriel who presents himself as the owner doesn't pay due attention to the problems, taking it with his belly and solving it after a while, making us spend time going to the place, I had to go to Honda to run after the part that broke, mechanic does a workaround, I can't trust the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Está sendo péssimo, comprei a moto paguei a vista tudo certo. Mas começou a chegar multas do antigo dono. Deixei com eles e agora preciso do comprovante e eles já estão um mês me enrolando. Ligo e dizem que vai ver ...ligo pro dono e não atende. Não recomendo de jeito nenhum ..iria pegar outra moto com eles mas depois do que estou passando , sem chance. Pós venda é pessimo!!
It's been terrible, I bought the bike, paid in cash, everything was fine. But fines started coming in from the previous owner. I left it with them and now I need the receipt and they've been fooling me for a month. I call and they say they'll see...I call the owner and he doesn't answer. I don't recommend it at all..I would take another bike with them but after what I'm going through, no chance. After sales is terrible!!

Comprei uma moto nessa loja e fui totalmente prejudicado e enganado,no ato da troca passei uma moto como parte do pagamento,o proprietário da loja chamado Nicolas,se responsabilizou pelo veículo alegando q apartir daquele momento se responsabilizava pela transferência, alegando ele q eu não precisava mim preocupar com tal!
Após dalgumas semanas começaram a chegar multas em meu nome,multas essas q eu até o momento desconhecia,procurei mim informar e descobri q o veículo continua continuava em meumeu nome,por esse motivo cheguei a ter vários problemas,pois o novo proprietário cometeu 14 infrações q vinherao todas para mim,entrei em contato com a loja e além de não responderem,não resolveram o problema até hoje,então aqui está mais um depoimento de um cliente q foi prejudicado,não sejam mais um! PIORLOJADALAPA.não recomendo..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sai da Praia Grande pra ir ver uma moto após conversa com o vendedor pela OLX , chegando na loja entrei o vendedor passou duas vezes por mim e nem bom dia !!! Continuei parado esperando ele perguntar alguma coisa e nada , os outros dois sentados também no celular e nem sequer levantaram pra me atender , ae fui até a loja vizinha Titan Motos onde fui prontamente atendido pelo vendedor Pedro ,o qual me vendeu a moto que após eu fazer o Pix a vista , já revisou e vim embora com ela , a noite o vendedor me mandou mensagem pela OLX denovo com os dados da loja kkk pra eu ir lá , então falei tudo que aconteceu como expliquei aquinhoes ele e ele respondeu ;: Parabéns por sua conquista … lembrando que dou empresário tenho diversos comércios na Baixada Santista e a moto e para meu funcionário visitar clientes! Obrigado amigão já tenho muitas conquistas graças a Deus e comemoro todas elas mas na garagem tenho uma Tiger 0km kkkk … só pra informar a s pessoas como funciona a loja CLÉLIA MOTOS !!!
I left Praia Grande to go see a motorcycle after talking to the seller through OLX, arriving at the store I entered the seller passed me twice and not even good morning!!! I kept still waiting for him to ask something and nothing, the other two were also sitting on the cell phone and didn't even get up to answer me, and I went to the neighboring store Titan Motos where I was promptly attended by the seller Pedro, who sold me the motorcycle that after me make the Pix in sight, I already reviewed it and I left with it, at night the seller sent me a message through OLX again with the store's data lol so I could go there, so I said everything that happened as I explained to him and he replied ;: Congratulations for his achievement … remembering that I am a businessman I have several shops in Baixada Santista and the motorcycle and for my employee to visit customers! Thank you buddy I already have many achievements thank God and I celebrate all of them but in the garage I have a Tiger 0km lol … just to inform people how the CLÉLIA MOTOS store works!!!
