O Ivanilso é um dos profissionais mais carismáticos que eu já conheci, pois além de ter domínio dos cortes e estilos, está sempre de bom humor puxando um bom papo. Mais do que recomendo. Mantenham a qualidade.
Aos gerentes, valorizem o trabalho de seus profissionais. Não deixem eles desanimarem.
Marquês is, without a doubt, the best barbershop in the Lapa/Vila Romana region. The structure of the place is pleasant, it is always clean and well lit. Prices are fair, fit in your pocket. Ivanilso is one of the most charismatic professionals I've ever met, because in addition to mastering cuts and styles, he's always in a good mood, making a good conversation. More than I recommend. Keep the quality.
To managers, value the work of their professionals. Don't let them get discouraged.

Contudo, eu mostrei o corte que eu queria, um fade lateral e o barbeiro que me atendeu não soube fazer muito bem. Não fez com todas as camadas que realmente deveria ter.
Enfim, acho que vale se vc não busca algo mais elaborado. Pro básico, atende mais que bem.
New barbershop in the neighborhood, good price, very comfortable environment.
However, I showed the cut I wanted, a side fade and the barber who attended to me didn't know how to do it very well. It didn't do with all the layers it really should have.
Anyway, I think it's worth it if you're not looking for something more elaborate. For the basics, it serves more than well.
