★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, eles atendem o telefone e deixam apenas fora do gancho, sem dar atenção ao cliente, e quando vc cansa de esperar e deliga, liga novamente, dá sinal de ocupado! Além de ser falta de educação, é um péssimo procedimento!!! Recomendo um treinamento ou alteração de funcionários incompetentes.
Só deixei uma estrela pq era a única forma de comentar.
Nota 0 procurem outro cartório que atenda melhor.
Bad service, they answer the phone and leave just off the hook, without paying attention to the customer, and when you get tired of waiting and hang up, call again, it gives a busy signal! Besides being rude, it is a bad procedure !!! I recommend training or changing incompetent employees.
I only left one star because it was the only way to comment.
Note 0 look for another notary that serves you better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aconteceu um constrangimento que eu assinei um documento no lugar errado e mesmo assim o atendente autenticou e mesmo assim tive que voltar com outra folha do documento para autenticar novamente e pagando antes perguntei a ele , paguei novamente outro selo.
There was an embarrassment that I signed a document in the wrong place and even then the clerk authenticated it and even so I had to return with another sheet of the document to authenticate again and paying before I asked him, I paid again for another stamp.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, descaso total com o cliente, não recomendo e espero nunca mais voltar nesse cartório. Desejo que aja uma capacitação pra ensinar funcionários o básico em atendimento, que é tratar com respeito a quem prestam serviços.
