Porém o aparelho deu problema.
Foi levado na iplace.
Chegando lá o técnico abriu o telefone.
A bateria estava com dilatação.
Até aí tudo bem, o pior veio depois .
A bateria e a tela do iPhone não eram originais.
No dia da venda do aparelho o dono ainda falou assim.
O aparelho é todo original.
A única coisa que não é original é o fone .
A Jéssica minha parente foi até a loja dele.
E o mesmo se negou a resolver o problema.
E ainda disse que ela poderia ir atrás dos direitos dela.
Esse cara é um abusado, se aproveitou que é uma mulher, e ainda tenta intimidar ela.

Sou parente da jessica e me chamo Davi.
Jessica maria de souza estevam, recentemente comprou um iphone 6 em sua loja.
O aparelho da mesma apresentou problema, problema este que a bateria esta com dilatação.
O aparelho foi levado na Iplace ( autorizada da apple ) o tecnico ao fazer a abertura do aparelho, foi constatado que a tela e bateria são de terceiros.
Sendo assim, ouvi vicio oculto que foi evidenciado o defeito no aparelho.
Não importa se ja tenha passado o prazo da garantia. Devera ser dado todo o suporte para Jessica maria de souza estevam.
Artigo 26§ 3° aqui esta o artigo caso o mesmo queira consultar.
OBS: Segue em anexo o laudo da (IPLACE AUTORIZADA DA APPLE) e foto do aparelho que consta que a bateria não é original e muito menos a tela.
Aguardo resposta sobre esta situação, pois a sua cliente não pode e nem deve ficar no prejuizo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, solicitei um serviço, paguei adiantado pq segundo ele o serviço só poderia ser solicitado apos o pagamento, que tbm segundo ele seria entregue em 3 dias, não me dava retorno eu que tinha que perguntar se já tinha chegado, quando chegou veio errado, pedi encarecidamente que fosse refeito, enviei novamente, mais tantos dias pra chegar, quando fui perguntar se tinha chegado veio errado de novo, um total descaso para com o cliente, uma falta de profissionalismo gigante, não recomendo, pq ninguém merece querer muito uma coisa e receber duas vezes errado e ficar por isso mesmo.

Me devolveu o celular com o botão de ligar/desligar sem funcionar, falou que era que a carcaça do celular estava empenada, a tela mal colada, dava pra ver o led ligado, pq ele não colou direito, levei novamente lá, ajeitou o botão, não colou a tela direito novamente e o pior, meu celular voltou reiniciando direto, não consigo fazer nada nele que ele reinicia, levei lá de novo, ele disse que era vírus, mandou meu celular pra outra pessoa, de confiança dele, essa pessoa falou que não era vírus, que era tela azul, que ele teria que mudar a tela, mudou a tela dnv e meu problema não foi resolvido. Péssimo!!!! PÉSSIMO
