★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui trocar a tela do meu celular nessa loja, um Galaxy A7 2018, o trabalho do técnico é até bom, mas mentiu quando perguntei a diferença entre as duas telas que tinha lá (original nacional e original chinesa) e ele disse que a única diferença entre as duas era a garantia e que era a mesma qualidade. Uso a tela infinita então não percebi na hora, um pouco depois coloquei na câmera e quando fui voltar, não consegui, tive que trocar da tela infinita para as barras e só aí percebi que a tela "original chinesa" tem o display menor do que a que é pra ser a do meu celular, resultado, a barra de voltar fica cortada mais da metade, e a tela infinita não funciona direito pq a tela cobre. Estou super insatisfeita pois o técnico não foi claro com as informações (Art. 6º dos direitos básicos do consumidor), se ele tivesse dito que essa original chinesa corta as barras na hora que perguntei a diferença entre as duas, eu nunca teria colocado. Fora que foi super arrogante quando fui no dia seguinte reclamar, perguntou se eu ia ficar usando a câmera o dia todo e ainda disse que dava pra ver todos os apps e não tinha problema cortar a barra de funções (não tem problema pra ele, né... paguei e achei que vinha certo), quanto a tela infinita, ele viu claramente que não estava funcionando direito pois é preciso arrastar várias vezes pra conseguir voltar e ainda corta a caixa de mensagens do wpp e barra do instagram e ainda assim disse que estava normal e não podia fazer nada. Se é mesmo a tela para o meu celular não deveria aparecer tudo da tela? Como a qualidade da chinesa é a mesma da nacional se a nacional aparece tudo e a chinesa não? E o mais importante de tudo, eu deveria ter sido informada dessa diferença quando perguntei.

I am very dissatisfied because the technician was not clear with the information (Art. 6 of basic consumer rights), if he had said that this Chinese original cuts the bars when I asked the difference between the two, I would never have put it. Besides, he was super arrogant when I went to complain the next day, asked if I would be using the camera all day and even said that I could see all the apps and it was okay to cut the function bar (no problem for him, right? ... I paid and I thought it was right), as for the infinite screen, he clearly saw that it wasn’t working properly because you have to drag it several times to get back and still cut the wpp message box and instagram bar and still said that it was normal and there was nothing I could do. If it really is the screen for my phone, shouldn't everything appear on the screen? How is the quality of the Chinese the same as the national if the national appears everything and the Chinese does not? And most important of all, I should have been informed of this difference when I asked.
