Eu nunca vi um atendimento tão ruim.
WHATSAPP SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. I HAVE BEEN TWO DAYS TRYING TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT AND THEY ARE ANSWERING ME IN INSTALLMENTS.
I have never seen such a bad service.

I live next door to this clinic and EVERY WEEKEND OF THE MORNING EARLY MORNING AND UNTIL DAWN the alarm goes off super loud several times, bothering the neighbors, we already got in touch and they didn't solve it. Respect the neighborhood as you respect your patients and resolve it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As boas avaliações e uma indicação me fizeram ACHAR que a clínica era, realmente, boa e comprometida. Algo que, na prática, é totalmente ao contrário. Busquei uma marcação na quarta a noite, como estava fora do horário de atendimento, me responderam na quinta de manhã. Fiz uma pergunta e estou aguardando até agora me responderem, porque, simplesmente, me ignoraram. Eu repeti a pergunta, ficaram online centenas de vezes e durante o dia inteiro sequer tiveram o respeito e o compromisso de me darem um retorno. Se vocês não querem se comprometer ou prestar um serviço de qualidade, não prestem! É um absurdo que tenhamos que nos humilhar pedindo que "por favor, respondam" ou "por favor, atendam". Não é favor, é pago! Revejam essa atitude, pois de nada adianta ter uma estrutura e especialistas qualificados, se o atendimento é deplorável dessa forma.
The good reviews and an indication made me THINK that the clinic was really good and committed. Something that, in practice, is quite the opposite. I looked for an appointment on Wednesday night, as it was out of office hours, they answered me on Thursday morning. I asked a question and I'm waiting until now for an answer, because they simply ignored me. I repeated the question, they went online hundreds of times and during the whole day they didn't even have the respect and commitment to give me feedback. If you don't want to compromise or provide a quality service, don't pay! It is absurd that we have to humiliate ourselves by asking "please answer" or "please answer". It's not a favor, it's paid! Review this attitude, as it is useless to have a structure and qualified specialists, if the service is deplorable in that way.
