Since August/2021 trying to call and no one answers. I had to go in person twice to make an appointment.
There is no other number to call.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A clínica é bem aconchegante, merecia até 5 estrelas...mas só pelo o fato das recepcionista atenderem super mal vou dar só 3....elas foram super chatas e arrogante.
The clinic is very cozy, it even deserved 5 stars...but just because the receptionists are super bad I'll give only 3....they were super annoying and arrogant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei para marcar uma consulta para pediatra para acompanhamento de criança com covid. A atendente disse que eu não deveria consultar, pois colocava as recepcionistas em risco. Me disse que lugar de criança doente é em pronto socorro. Absurdo. Nem todas as crianças precisam de emergência. Elas ficam doentes sim, de dor de barriga à covid e todas têm direito à acompanhamento médico. Se não quer ficar doente nunca, peça demissão e não saia de casa. Nenhuma criança ou família deve ser escorraçada como fomos.
I called to make an appointment with a pediatrician to follow up a child with covid. The attendant said I shouldn't consult, as it put receptionists at risk. He told me that a sick child's place is in the emergency room. Absurd. Not all children need an emergency. They do get sick, from stomach ache to covid and all are entitled to medical follow-up. If you never want to get sick, quit and don't leave the house. No child or family should be chased away like we were.
