★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Internet muito ruim, toda hora cai. Oscilando demais. E não tem atendimento nos fins de semana, ou seja, se na sexta a noite ficar sem internet ele só vão verificar na segunda feira.
Very bad internet, every time it falls. Fluctuating too much. And there is no service on weekends, that is, if on Friday night you run out of internet they will only check on Monday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been using Clic Fácil since 2018. Overall I like them a lot. I've had both a business internet plan and a home internet plan. If you don't need a fixed IP the home is better.
Typically we receive the speeds advertised. In fact when I asked if they had anything faster than 100/20 they told me no because they couldn't guarantee that speed all the time.
They are usually pretty responsive with issues and the office is rarely busy so it's easy to drop in if need be.
The downside is that when they have an issue you don't find out unless you text them. And they have had several outages recently. The two major ones were for most of a day each and were caused by circumstances out of their control. Overall they are far easier to deal with than a US internet provider.
