★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo, sinal cai toda hora e a desculpa é sempre a mesma IDENTIFICAMOS UM CABO ROMPITO e bla bla bla... Atendimento não existe, pra eles atenderem o telefone é um sacrifício e a atendente também não ajuda em nada. Bom, se por telefone é assim, pelo whatsapp nem preciso falar né... Enfim, não indico pra ninguém.
 Pessimo, signal goes down all the time and the excuse is always the same. IDENTIFY A CABLE ROMPITO and bla bla bla ... Service doesn't exist, for them to answer the phone is a sacrifice and the attendant doesn't help at all. Well, if it is like that on the phone, on whatsapp I don't even need to talk, right ... Anyway, I don't recommend it to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sem internet o tempo todo uso do chip pois não cumpre o que promete e quando agente entra em contato nunca atende atendimento péssimo internet ma qualidade tá difícil não atendem nem pra faser o cancelamento absurdo
No internet all the time using the chip because it does not deliver what it promises and when an agent gets in touch it never meets terrible service internet quality is difficult they do not even attend to make the cancellation absurd

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já tenho essa internet a mais de um ano, ela é muito boa, a única reclamação é sobre a fatura que ultimamente eles não estão mandando por e-mail, tenho que fazer a solicitação via wattsap.
I have had this internet for over a year, it is very good, the only complaint is about the invoice that they are not sending by email lately, I have to make the request via wattsap.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cada dia pior depois que mudou o nome da empresa ,não atualiza cadastro dos cliente que tem que se vira nos trinta para consegui a fatura em dezembro os técnicos estiveram 3x na minha residência pois estava sem sinal
Agora peço a fatura e não reconhece meu CPF no WhatsApp no site liguei lá 9.30 da manhã e até agora nada de fatura e se atrasa 1 sua e juros multa pelo amor de Deus eu posso fuça 10 dias sem Internet, e muita sacanagen com consumidor !
Every day worse after changing the name of the company, it doesn't update the customer's registration that has to turn around in the thirties to get the invoice in December the technicians were 3x at my residence because there was no signal
Now I ask for the invoice and it doesn't recognize my CPF on WhatsApp on the website I called there at 9.30 in the morning and so far no invoice and 1 of yours is late and fine interest for God's sake I can go 10 days without Internet, and a lot of dirty with consumers!
