★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A internet voltou a ficar de péssima qualidade. Duas semanas atrás fiquei quase um dia inteiro sem internet,das 22:00h do dia anterior até por volta das 20:00 horas do dia seguinte. Neste momento que estou fazendo este comentário está acontendo a mesma coisa. Toda semana dá um problema seja de conectividade com a internet ou o Youtube fica com problema ao carregar os vídeos. Já faz dois meses que a internet voltou a dar problema com frequência(Maio de 2021). Na semana passada ficou um dia inteiro sem internet e agora do sábado para domingo ficou sem internet novamente desde das 2:00h da manhã e já são mais de 14:00h da tarde e não têm internet. A internet só voltou hoje pela manhã( segunda),portanto fiquei sem internet o domingo quase todo desde as 2:00h da manhã.

At the moment I am making this comment the same thing is happening. Every week there is a problem with either internet connectivity or YouTube has a problem loading videos. It has been two months since the internet has returned to a problem frequently (May 2021). Last week he had a whole day without internet and now from Saturday to Sunday he has been without internet again since 2:00 am and it is already more than 14:00 pm and they have no internet. The internet only came back this morning (Monday), so I went out of the internet almost every Sunday since 2:00 am.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É o pior serviço de internet que você pode ter! A internet cai TODO dia e mais de uma vez. O atendimento é desrespeitoso com o cliente, danxando-o no vácuo. NÃO FECHEM COM ELES! Existem outras opções MUITO MELHORES! Irei estar trocando, contratar a clicknet foi a PIOR escolha que eu poderia ter feito!
NÃO CONTRATEM A CLICKNET, CORRAM!
It is the worst internet service you can have! The internet goes down EVERY day and more than once. The service is disrespectful to the customer, causing him to break into a vacuum. DO NOT CLOSE WITH THEM! There are MUCH BETTER options! I will be changing, hiring clicknet was the WORST choice I could have made!
DO NOT HIRE THE CLICKNET, RUN!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima qualidade!! A pior internet que já tive!! Só vive caindo a conexão, e eles vivem dizendo que estão resolvendo e continua do mesmo jeito! Não entrem que é roubada e propaganda enganosa. Não passei nem um mês! Cai a conexão todos os dias e todos os dias eles dizem que estão em manutenção... Aí perguntei se a manutenção é eterna...Não coloquem essa internet que é só dor de cabeça. Hj devolveram meu Dinheiro e nunca mais !! Não indico e farei propaganda negativa dessa empresa que não é nada seria É não eata nem aí p a satisfação dos clientes,só que tem números financeiros . Oferecem o que não pagamos e isso é propaganda enganosa. P não irmos p a justiça,ele devolveu meu dinheiro hj é levou seu material. A pior internet,e de fibra ótica nao tem nada! Eles não tem estrutura p ter um empresa de fibra é se metem a oferecer o que há sabem que não podem cumprir.O rendimento é de péssima qualidade em todos os sentidos. Começando por quem temos o primeiro contato na empresa...
O atendente é super mal educado. E se vc demonstrar insatisfação pela péssima qualidade do atendimento e erviços não prestados, o atendente diz que o proprietária manda dizer que porta da rua é serventia da casa, pode sair. Entrem quem quizer.
Mas só terá dor de cabeça e uma internet que cai todos os dias e nas horas mais que se precisa.
PESSIMA QUALIDADE A PJRO QUE JA TIVE . Por isso falei a piro propaganda boca a boca possível!!! Não tem respeito pelos clientes e não se importam com a satisfação dos mesmo!

The attendant is super rude. And if you show dissatisfaction with the poor quality of service and services not provided, the attendant says that the owner says that the front door is useful for the house, you can leave. Enter whoever you want.
But you will only have a headache and an internet that goes down every day and at the most needed hours.
PEST QUALITY TO PJRO I HAVE HAD. That's why I spoke as word of mouth as possible! Has no respect for customers and do not care about their satisfaction!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A maioria do tempo é um verdadeiro Lixo.. Velocidade de 1.2 mbps e pacote de 20 mbps. Não recomendo. Bando de irresponsável! Tenho uma loja de informática, trabalhamos com reballing, conserto de placas mães, vídeos, vendemos roteadores, cabos de rede, oferecemos consultoria, mão de obra e equipamentos para montagem, melhoria ou manutenção em network, via cabo, fibra, wireless ou mista, etc. E esses incompetentes tem a pachorra de tratar TODOS os clientes como ignorantes que não sabem trocar uma lâmpada! Sempre a culpa é do Cliente! Pior suporte que já vi e já abri vários chamados e nada de resolver! E se continuar desse jeito vou colocar Tim ou Oi fibra. FUJAM!

I have a computer store, we work with reballing, repairing motherboards, videos, we sell routers, network cables, we offer consulting, labor and equipment for assembly, improvement or maintenance on a network, via cable, fiber, wireless or mixed, etc. And these incompetents have the nerve to treat ALL customers as ignorant who do not know how to change a light bulb! The Customer is always at fault! Worst support I've ever seen and I've opened several calls and nothing to resolve! And if it continues like this I'll put Tim or Hi Fiber. RUN AWAY!
