They urgently need to improve care. They work with people but it seems like they have no idea of that. If I came back, time would not have chosen.

Horrible service, they left me without internet for 5 days and in the end they didn't install anything, I ended up giving up and signing any other operator internet

Bad service, rude technicians, they take time to support and even more come full of rights to answer and they don't accept the report of the internet problem

Foram instalar a net as 10 da manhã, os técnicos disseram que iriam buscar um fio e nunca mais voltaram, fiquei 3 dias sem Internet em casa esperando eles darem algum retorno. Estive disposta a entender ou remarcar mas simplesmente não me explicaram o que houve e me deixaram no vácuo, mt desrespeito ao cliente!
Foi um livramento, se para instalar foi esse aperreio imagina pra quem já é cliente?
I do not recommend. They went to install the net at 10 am, the technicians said they would get a wire and never came back, I was 3 days without Internet at home waiting for them to give some feedback. I was willing to understand or reschedule but they just didn't explain what happened and left me in a vacuum, a lot of disrespect to the customer!
It was a release, if to install it was this hardship, can you imagine for those who are already a customer?
