Falta de compromisso nos prazos estabelecidos para a entrega de diagnósticos! Infelizmente não existe outro laboratório de diagnóstico de exame por imagem na cidade, se existisse um concorrente teriam que realizar o trabalho com eficiência.
Terrible experience! Too much waiting time, answering staff with no convincing answers and no respect for the customer. Lack of commitment in the deadlines established for the delivery of diagnostics! Unfortunately there is no other diagnostic imaging diagnostic laboratory in the city, if there were a competitor they would have to do the job efficiently.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Venho deixar aqui a minha insatisfação com o atendimento prestado por essa empresa ao levar minha mãe para realizar PAAF tireóide. Após vários dias de espera pelo resultado da biópsia fomos informado que a amostra recolhida na Climagem foi insuficiente. A climagem remarcou o procedimento novamente, porém não iremos voltar. O caso é sério e nós não temos tempo pra erros. Se o exame foi realizado por um profissional, este deveria saber a quantidade do material a ser recolhido.
Deixarei abaixo o meu nome e gostaria que a clínica tomasse as devias providências para que erros como este não volte a acontecer.

I leave here my dissatisfaction with the care provided by this company to take my mother to perform thyroid FNA. After waiting several days for the biopsy result, we were informed that the sample collected in the Climagem was insufficient. The image rescheduled the procedure again, but we will not be returning. The case is serious and we have no time for mistakes. If the exam was performed by a professional, they should know the amount of material to be collected.
I will leave my name below and would like the clinic to make sure that mistakes like this do not happen again.

Terrible place, my wife was seen by the doctor Henriette where she was super rude and unprofessional, I don't recommend looking elsewhere.
