Estou dando 3 estrelas pelo fato do atendimento no balcão não ser dos melhores, as moças são bem antipáticas, acredito eu, que elas deveriam procurar outro emprego pois parecem cansadas daquele. Não foram sem educação comigo, porém percebe-se no ar que o clima não é agradável.
 Very modern place, fast service, excellent professionals.
I'm giving 3 stars for the fact that the service at the counter is not the best, the girls are very unfriendly, I believe they should look for another job because they seem tired of that one. They weren't unkind to me, but you can see in the air that the weather is not pleasant.

Mas fica a desejar no atendimento na recepção, onde por mais de uma vez fui mal atendida, ou ignorada pelas atendentes, quando se pede informação é visível o descontentamento daquelas funcionárias, mal humoradas, falta empatia, falta humanização, cheguei na clinica, e fui direto ao balcão para tirar uma dúvida com a atendente, pois eu precisava fazer dois exames, um com hora marcada e outro com ordem de chegada, enquanto eu ainda concluia a pergunta ela apontava o dedo para a máquina de senha, sem olhar para amim e sem dizer uma palavra. Presenciei também com outros clientes tamanho descaso, um senhor de idade ja avançada e bem humilde, que ficou por um bom tempo em pé olhando para a atendente, para ser atendido, bastava ela dirigir um olhar, uma palavra, pois ele não sabia o que tinha que fazer ali para ser atendido, eu me levantei e expliquei à ele que precisaria de uma senha, ele não sabia nem usar o aparelho para retirar a senha, enquanto explicava, a funcionária nem se moveu, ou se esforçou para ajuda lo, continuou de cabeça baixa digitando e com a cara fechada.
La dentro, fui muito bem atendida, pelos profissionais que realizam os exames de RX e ressonância.

But it is to be desired in the service at the reception, where for more than once I was poorly attended, or ignored by the attendants, when asking for information, the discontent of those employees, sulky, lacking empathy, lacking humanization, I arrived at the clinic, and went straight to the counter to answer a question with the attendant, because I needed to do two exams, one by appointment and the other by order of arrival, while I was still finishing the question she pointed her finger at the password machine, without looking at me and without saying a word. I also witnessed other neglectful clients, a very old and very humble gentleman, who stood for a long time looking at the attendant, to be attended, she just had to look, a word, because he did not know what had to do it there to be attended, I got up and explained to him that I would need a password, he didn't even know how to use the device to remove the password, while explaining, the employee didn't even move, or tried to help him, continued head down, typing, and face closed.
Inside, I was very well attended by the professionals who perform the X-ray and MRI exams.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima, um raio x no pé da minha esposa, deram prazo de 2 horas para retirar o laudo. Ficamos mais de 3 horas esperando, pois somos de outra cidade e não era conveniente voltar no dia seguinte. Falta total de empatia com clientes.
Terrible, an x-ray on my wife's foot, they gave me 2 hours to get the report. We waited more than 3 hours as we are from another city and it was not convenient to return the next day. Total lack of empathy with customers.
