They don't answer the phone. has terrible service. had it not been the only place to have CNH tests, they would certainly have closed their doors.

Um ciclo infernal de incompetência que só uma auditoria séria poderia resolver, e que ilustra bem o "modus operandi" de muita gente no Brasil. Só dei uma estrela também, porque o google exige..
It's 4:30 pm. For the seventh time, one every day I call there and no one answers. Surprisingly, sometimes the phone is busy. Then no one answers. A hellish cycle of incompetence that only a serious audit could solve, and that illustrates the "modus operandi" of many people in Brazil. I only gave it a star too, because google requires it ..

Na data de 08/06/2021 meu pai , Sr. Ariovaldo Camilo de Souza foi até a clínica por engano para realizar a renovação da CNH, a guia estava o direcionando para a clínica Psicom mas este detalhe não foi observado.
Ele chegou até a Climamp , foi atendido sem se quer realizarem conferencia de documentação e agendamento , o mesmo passou por exame, tirou a foto e somente hoje (09/06/21) a clínica fez contato dizendo que o exame não poderia ter sido realizado no local . Não nos isentamos da responsabilidade de ter conferido o endereço na guia, contudo equívocos podem acontecer . A questão é como uma clínica faz o atendimento de uma pessoa sem se certificar de detalhes importantes como conferência em sistema de agendamento ?
Além de tudo isso , os profissionais não tem respeito e nem tão pouco educação para tratar clientes, uma vez que, eu liguei para entender o que havia ocorrido e a atendente foi totalmente mal educada, demonstrando despreparo total para atendimento ao público .
Vejo que é importante reportar o ocorrido ao Detran pois os clientes e a sociedade merecem atendimento de respeito e fica um alerta para o momento de renovar contratos de prestação de serviço com a clínica . Estou dando uma estrela porque não há como avaliar como merecem .
I would like to express my total dissatisfaction with Climamp in João Monlevade .
On 06/08/2021 my father, Mr. Ariovaldo Camilo de Souza went to the clinic by mistake to carry out the renewal of the CNH, the guide was directing him to the Psicom clinic but this detail was not observed.
He arrived at Climamp, was attended without wanting to carry out a documentation and scheduling conference, he underwent an exam, took the photo and only today (06/09/21) the clinic made contact saying that the exam could not have been performed on site . We are not exempt from the responsibility of having checked the address on the guide, however mistakes can happen. The question is how does a clinic care for a person without making sure of important details such as a conference appointment system?
In addition to all this, the professionals do not have respect or education to treat clients, since I called to understand what had happened and the attendant was totally rude, showing total lack of preparation for serving the public.
I see that it is important to report what happened to Detran because customers and society deserve respectful care and it is an alert for the time to renew service contracts with the clinic. I'm giving it a star because there's no way to assess how they deserve it.
