Houve dificuldade pra marcar, mas no fim o serviço foi bem feito.

Comprei meu ar com eles, já fiz uma limpeza de manutenção, mas agora não dão a menor atenção. Já solicitei uma visita de avaliação pois meu ar não está funcionando e não retornam as ligações, não marcam a visita.
Tive muito problema com atraso nas 2 vezes que usei os serviços deles. Não recomendo.
Edited: they contacted me and made an appointment for the service to be performed. The cleaning was well done, the technician was attentive, answered questions and made suggestions for the correct use of the air conditioning. The price was right.
It was difficult to score, but in the end the job was done well.

I bought my air from them, I've already done a maintenance cleaning, but now they don't pay the slightest attention. I've already requested an evaluation visit because my air isn't working and calls don't return, they don't schedule the visit.
I had a lot of problem with delay in the 2 times I used their services. I do not recommend.

Mas a pontualidade deixou um pouco a desejar, e eles alegam que não tem como prever quanto o serviço anterior vai demorar. Desculpa mas eu não concordo, pois eles são profissionais e um gerente deveria saber organizar um cronograma diário de atividades. Resultado: chegaram com mais de duas horas de atraso e tivemos que marcar uma outra data para terminar o serviço. Mas de resto foram ótimos. A instalação ficou perfeita. Indicarei sim para outras pessoas.
The service provided and the attention of the employees of this company were great. But the punctuality left a little to be desired, and they claim there is no way to predict how long the previous service will take. Sorry but I don't agree, because they are professionals and a manager should know how to organize a daily schedule of activities. Result: they arrived more than two hours late and we had to set another date to finish the service. But otherwise they were great. The installation was perfect. I will recommend it to other people.
