★ ★ ★ ★ ★ vejo os cometários de 1 ano atras , e o problema continuam os mesmos telefone não atente, consultas demoradas, mais para mim o pior de tudo e você tentar ligar para o local em busca de um contato e não obter resposta, que adianta ter bons médicos e péssimo atendimento?#indignada falta de compromisso com o cliente/paciente.
I see the comments from 1 year ago, and the problem remains the same. Don't pay attention, long consultations, but for me the worst of all and you try to call the place in search of a contact and get no answer, what good is having good doctors and lousy service? #indignant lack of commitment to the client / patient.

NÃO POSSUEM NEM UMA TELEVISÃO QUE PRESTE E MUITO MENOS UMA REDE WI FI DISPONÍVEL PRA ESPERARMOS AS 4 HORAS DE RELÓGIO QUE DEMORA PRA SERMOS ATENDIDOS. Além dos pacientes que dependem de TOKEN PARA SEREM ATENDIDOS, que são obrigados a colocar crédito pra terem internet e serem atendidos ou então voltam pra casa. Os telefones, nem se fala. Tem 32 ligações no meu celular em um dia só de atendimento e não consegui marcar uma consulta.
The clinic has excellent doctors, but it does not have the structure to receive the people. DO NOT NEITHER HAVE A TELEVISION THAT SUPPLIES AND MUCH LESS THAN A WI FI NETWORK AVAILABLE TO WAIT FOR THE 4 HOURS OF WATCH THAT DELAY TO BE FOLLOWED. In addition to the patients who depend on TOKEN TO BE ATTENDED, they are obliged to put credit to have internet and to be attended or to return home. The phones are not even talked about. There are 32 calls on my cell phone on one service day and I was not able to make an appointment.

Deveria ninguem marcar mas consulta lá, p ver se aprendem a respeitar quem paga os salários deles.

Somos seres humanos e pagamos os salários de vcs, merecemos respeito.
Terrible, horrible I don't know what the phone is for, dog patients do it, even the Whatsapp number shows it's online, but it doesn't answer.
Nobody should make an appointment but check there to see if they learn to respect those who pay their salaries.
The grade is 0 + 0x0.
We are human beings and pay your wages, we deserve respect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, minha esposa marcou ultrassom morfológica para as 14:30hs, a atendente chamou por volta das 15:10hs, quando ia entrar na sala foi barrada porque o médico estava em uma ligação, pediu pra aguardar novamente na recepção. Ficamos aguardando até às 15:40hs quando chamou outra paciente que tinha acabado de chegar na clinica. Fomos reclamar na recepção, a atendente ligou para a sala do médico e a informação que tivemos era que a ultrassom da paciente que tinha acabado de chegar era mais rápida, um absurdo. As 16:00hs ainda não tínhamos sido atendidos.
Terrible service, my wife scheduled a morphological ultrasound for 2:30 pm, the attendant called around 3:10 pm, when she was going to enter the room she was barred because the doctor was on a call, asked to wait again at reception. We were waiting until 3:40 pm when another patient who had just arrived at the clinic called. We went to complain at reception, the attendant called the doctor's room and the information we had was that the ultrasound of the patient who had just arrived was faster, absurd. At 16:00 we still had not been attended.
