Worst clinic in the state ESPIRITO SANTO....DON'T TAKE IT.. THEY DRY YOUR MONEY AS MUCH AS YOU CAN..AND NO OPINION ABOUT THE ANIMAL. IT'S SO SUCH ACHISM, WITH VETERINARY STUDENTS THAT DON'T UNDERSTAND ANYTHING WHAT HAPPENS IN THE ANIMAL... AND I'VE HEARD REPORTS OF SEVERAL ANIMALS HAVING DIED OF CASTRATION THERE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestamente foi a pior experiência da minha vida. Deixaram o meu pug de 9 anos morrer depois de 3 noites de internação. Me orientaram a levar o meu pet pra uma clinica especializada em atendimento intensivo pois eles não tem recurso pra fazer isso! Quando cheguei na outra clinica, eles me disseram que o meu filhote estava extremamente desidratado. Provável que nem deram soro pra ele na Univet. Duas horas depois que internei meu pet em outra clinica ele veio a obito. Ou seja, eles so queriam que eu levasse o meu filhote pra morrer em outro lugar. Tenham muito cuidado ao internarem seus pets la e visitem eles todos os dias!! Se perceberem que seu pet nao apresentem melhora tirem ele imediatamente!!!
Honestly it was the worst experience of my life. They let my 9 year old pug die after 3 nights in hospital. They guided me to take my pet to a clinic specializing in intensive care because they don't have the resources to do that! When I arrived at the other clinic, they told me that my puppy was extremely dehydrated. Probably they didn't even give him a serum at Univet. Two hours after I admitted my pet to another clinic he died. In other words, they just wanted me to take my puppy to die somewhere else. Be very careful when admitting your pets there and visit them every day!! If you notice that your pet doesn't show improvement, remove it immediately!!!

Foram responsáveis pelo falecimento do meu gato de 14 anos.
Afim de vender serviços, falaram que o gato precisava de soro, levaram para longe de mim.
Em resumo: meu gato tinha displasia ( não foram capazes de perceber, coisa que a veterinária competente que levei depois, viu de primeira), manipularam o gato e ele voltou em crise de dor, vindo a falecer 2 dias depois.
O senhor médico veterinário que assina pelas guias de requisição, não é o mesmo que atende o animal.
Veterinárias sem preparo nenhum. Arrependimento e dor. Não levem seus animais nessa clínica.
Terrible service!
They were responsible for the death of my 14 year old cat.
In order to sell services, they said the cat needed an IV, they took it away from me.
In short: my cat had dysplasia (they weren't able to notice it, which the competent vet I took later saw at first), they handled the cat and it came back in a crisis of pain, dying 2 days later.
The veterinarian who signs the requisition forms is not the same person who attends to the animal.
Veterinarians without any training. Regret and pain. Do not take your animals to this clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo!!!! Minha cachorrinha passou mal levei ela na clínica gastei mais de R$1000,00 em exames e internação que eles falaram que era necessário para o diagnóstico dela, sendo que não era necessário!
E pra piorar nem sequer me deram o diagnóstico! Não me deram retorno de absolutamente NADA! Eu que tive que ligar pra perguntar se podia buscar ela! Quando fui falaram que não tinha médico de plantão pra me passar o diagnóstico, mas que no dia seguinte iam me ligar! Não me ligaram, eu que tive que ligar e mesmo assim não tive retorno! Apos uma semana sem retorno tive que fazer um monte de reclamação pelo WhatsApp para que o médico me ligasse! Achei muito antiético a forma de atendimento! Não recomendo nenhum pouco! Vão fazer você gastar horrores pois não importa se vc chegar com o animal quase morrendo eles só te atendem mediante a pagamento e pra piorar nem vão te passar o retorno do que está acontecendo
Terrible service!!!! My dog got sick I took her to the clinic I spent more than R$1000.00 on exams and hospitalization that they said was necessary for her diagnosis, and it wasn't necessary!
And to make matters worse, they didn't even give me the diagnosis! They gave me absolutely NOTHING! I had to call to ask if I could pick her up! When I went they said that there was no doctor on call to give me the diagnosis, but that the next day they would call me! They didn't call me, I had to call and I still didn't get a response! After a week of no return, I had to make a lot of complaints through WhatsApp for the doctor to call me! I found the service to be very unethical! I don't recommend it at all! They will make you spend a lot because it doesn't matter if you arrive with the animal almost dying, they only serve you for payment and to make matters worse, they won't even give you the return of what is happening

Primeira tentativa, sai da enseada do sua no meio do dia corrido, para a consulta com o Dr. quando eu cheguei lá , simplesmente me avisaram que o Dr. não poderia comparecer pq a esposa estava com reação da vacina . Perdi viagem e o dia inteiro, mas até aí tudo bem né, imprevistos acontecem .
Segunda tentativa : Senti muito forte que só visam o dinheiro, não sabiam nem qual era o diagnóstico do meu dog e já queira deixar ele internado .
Falei várias vezes que não queria que não queria, porém o Dr. não me dava opção .
Por fim falei que ele não dormiria lá de jeito nenhum e ele me convenceu a deixar ele apenas para tomar a medicação e tirar o sangue para o exame e depois eu ir buscar.
Quando deu umas 19:00 horas me ligaram para buscar.
Fui buscar correndo, chegando lá informaram que tiraram sangue e colocaram a medicação na veia e que o resultado do exame sairia no dia seguinte.
Esperei por 2 dias e nada, nenhum resultado .
Liguei várias vezes, informaram que estavam analisando com o Laboratorio o que teria acontecido .
Depois de uma terceira Ligacao informaram que a coleta não foi válida, que teria que furar novamente o cachorro para colher outro sangue.
Triste bem triste .
Eu abandonei todo o tratamento que já estava pago , pq eu não vou voltar novamente para colher o sangue do meu cachorro lá.
Fui em outra clínica veterinária e paguei tudo novamente .
Fiquei muito decepcionada, e clínica super lotadaaaa!!!

First attempt, I left the cove of his in the middle of the day, for the appointment with the Dr. When I got there, I was simply told that the Dr. could not attend because his wife had a reaction to the vaccine. I missed the trip and the whole day, but so far so good, right, unforeseen things happen.
Second attempt: I felt very strongly that they only aimed at the money, they didn't even know what my dog's diagnosis was and I wanted to leave him hospitalized.
I said several times that I didn't want it, but the Dr. didn't give me a choice.
Finally I said that he would not sleep there at all and he convinced me to leave him just to take the medication and take the blood for the exam and then I would go get it.
When it was about 19:00 hours they called me to pick up.
I went to get it running, arriving there they informed that they took blood and put the medication in the vein and that the test result would come out the next day.
I waited for 2 days and nothing, no results.
I called several times, they informed that they were analyzing with the Laboratorio what would have happened.
After a third call, they informed that the collection was not valid, that they would have to pierce the dog again to collect another blood.
Sad very sad.
I abandoned all the treatment I was already paid for, because I won't be going back again to collect my dog's blood there.
I went to another vet clinic and paid everything again.
I was very disappointed, and the clinic was super crowded!!!
