★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência! Primeiro que marcam um exame para as 8h da manhã e a clínica só abre pontualmente as 8h. Segundo que o médico não estava já no local para sermos atendidos no horário, fomos atendidos quase 1 hora depois. Eu já deveria ter percebido que algo não ia ocorrer bem já enquanto aguardava no sol ao lado de fora a clínica abrir , a auxiliar de serviços gerais varre a empresa e passa o lixo por debaixo da porta para a calçada, não é esse tipo de conduta que esperamos ver. Lamentável.
Bad experience! First, they schedule an exam for 8 am and the clinic only opens on time at 8 am. According to that the doctor was not already in place to be seen on time, we were seen almost 1 hour later. I should have realized that something was not going to happen well while waiting in the sun outside the clinic to open, the general services assistant sweeps the company and passes the garbage under the door to the sidewalk, it is not that type of conduct that we hope to see. Unfortunate.
