★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu filho tinha uma consulta marcada hoje nessa clinica na cafezal com o medico joao guilherme...e ele chegou cedo e fez o procedimento com o cartao da unimed e ficou no aguardo da chamada,mas nao foi atendido ...pois todos que chegavam e pagavam no dinheiro ele era deichado pra trás e o particular era atendido...o medico nao atendeu ele justificando que tinja hira marcada em outro local...
Eu estou abismada com isso...oq aconteceu?
Racismo?preconceito? O que houve?
My son had an appointment today at this clinic in the cafezal with the doctor joao guilherme ... and he arrived early and did the procedure with the unimed card and was waiting for the call, but was not answered ... because everyone who arrived and they paid in cash he was left behind and the private was attended to ... the doctor didn’t answer him justifying that he dyed a hira in another place ...
I'm astonished by this ... what happened?
Racism? Prejudice? What happened?

The Dermatologist is very friendly and helped my daughter in her case so I consider her to be an excellent professional, I went there with her in November 2020.

Terrible service...I spent 3 hours waiting for my appointment and everyone who arrived later was being attended to, I was left behind...very poorly organized!!

Se não tem capacidade de ter um call Center,.. pelo menos deixe mensagem informando!!!
NEVER answer the phone!!
