O atendimento é individualizado, cada paciente fica em uma sala separada ou em macas separadas por cortinas fazendo seu tratamento. O mesmo profissional que iniciou comigo vai até o final. Faço RPG, Pilates e fisioterapia. Melhora demais minha qualidade de vida.
Updating my previous statement: it continues to be the best clinic, with the best professionals, a nice environment, polite and friendly employees. The care is individualized, each patient is in a separate room or on stretchers separated by curtains doing their treatment. The same professional who started with me goes to the end. I do RPG, Pilates and physiotherapy. It greatly improves my quality of life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência com a Clinfis é muito positiva, equipe muito profissional, comprometida e humanizada. Nunca cheguei na clínica para não ser bem atendida por todos, sem falar nos resultados do alívio e bem estar em relação as minhas dores na lombar, quadril e cervical.
Recomendo sem restrições os serviços desta clínica.
My experience with Clinfis is very positive, the team is very professional, committed and humanized. I never arrived at the clinic not to be well attended by everyone, not to mention the results of relief and well being in relation to my lumbar, hip and cervical pain.
I recommend without restrictions the services of this clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento pelo zap e ligação são péssimos. Demoram muito pra responder e quando respondem nunca concluem a conversa e o pedido do paciente. Minha irmã entrou em contato pra marca uma fisioterapia e só respondem a mesma coisa. Eu liguei pra retornar o meu tratamento e a atendente disse que iria me retornar a ligação e até agora nada ,isso já faz 15 dias que estou aguardando.!
The zap and call service is terrible. They take a long time to respond and when they do, they never complete the conversation and the patient's request. My sister got in touch to schedule a physiotherapy and they only answer the same thing. I called to return my treatment and the attendant said she would return the call and so far nothing, I've been waiting for 15 days.!

Faz muitos anos que frequento a CLINFIS, desde o seu início, e até aqui não encontrei nada que a desabonasse. Gosto demais dos Serviços dessa clínica e a recomendo sem medo de errar. Sou muito bem tratada pelas funcionárias, como também pelas fisioterapeutas. Clínica TOP. Nota Dez!!! Já indiquei para várias pessoas e as mesmas continuam lá até hoje. Nenhuma reclamação!

I've been going to CLINFIS for many years, since its beginning, and so far I haven't found anything that discredits it. I really like the services of this clinic and I recommend it without fear of making mistakes. I am very well treated by the employees, as well as by the physiotherapists. TOP Clinic. Grade A!!! I have already recommended it to several people and they are still there today. No complaints!
