Hoje sai de minha casa, eu e minha filha de 6 anos e fomos levadas pra uma saladsala de pilates pelo dentista, onde informou que não atendia pelo plano! Confirmei hoje à tarde antes de sair do trabalho e a mesma atendente confirmou a consulta!!!! Fui constrangida e vista como se quisesse ser atendida à força. Que falta de respeito.
