Explanação: retificaram a mesma peça 2 vezes (sendo que o valor cobrado para retificar estava acima do valor da peça nova), estou aguardando mais de 1 semana a peça voltar pela terceira vez da retifica sendo que o serviço já foi pago. Pensa!
Do not recommend, work in obscure way and with professional geeks of fifth category. Explanation: they rectified the same piece 2 times (being that the amount charged to rectify was above the value of the new part), I am waiting more than 1 week for the piece to come back for the third time of the rectify being that the service has already been paid. Think!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui muito bem atendido. Antes de levar o carro indaguei o porque dos comentários negativos. Eles explicaram que tiveram realmente um problema com um gerente e que o mesmo já foi afastado e não trabalha mais na empresa. Retornarei.
I was very well attended. Before taking the car I asked why the negative comments. They explained that they really had a problem with a manager and that he has already been removed and no longer works for the company. I will return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simplesmente não tem o mínimo de respeito com o cliente. Viemos de São Paulo e precisávamos de fazer balanceamento no carro. Minha tia que mora na Praia Grande, nos levou ate la. Primeiro o carro ficaria pronto as 13:30 h, em seguida ja falaram que nos ligariam avisando....Liguei diversas vezes no fixo e ninguém atendeu, os dois números de celular nem tocar toca e vive dando mensagem de fora de área. Whatsapp que Informa nem funciona. Simplesmente passando um tempo, resolvemos ir ate la e fecharam a loja com nosso carro dentro. Tivemos que perder dia de serviço para poder retirar o carro do segunda, já que tudo isso ocorreu no sábado... sem nenhum respeito comigo ou meu marido... Moramos em SP, estou grávida e tivemos que ficar aqui direto para tirar nosso carro que eles simplesmente prenderam na loja... Horrível o tratamento ao cliente, uma droga e nwo recomendo a ninguém... Lixo de tratamento ao cliente....?????
You simply do not have the least respect for the customer. We came from Sao Paulo and needed to balance the car. My aunt who lives in Praia Grande, took us there. First the car would be ready at 13:30, then they said they would call us warning .... I called several times in the landline and no one answered, the two mobile numbers nor ring rings and is always giving message from outside the area. Whatsapp Reporting Nor Works. Just after a while, we decided to go there and closed the store with our car inside. We had to miss a day of service to be able to remove the car from Monday, since it all happened on Saturday ... with no respect for me or my husband ... We live in SP, I'm pregnant and had to stay here straight to get our car that they just arrested at the store ... Horrible customer care, damn it and nwo recommend it to anyone ... Garbage customer care .... ?????
