★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre fiz consultas aí e resolvi muitos problemas, especialmente com dr. Flaubert. Uma coisa que sinto falta lá é de wi-fi livre para os clientes, serviço básico hoje em qualquer clínica ou estabelecimento, ainda mais de saúde. Outra coisa é uma marcação de consulta por whatsapp, serviço também elementar.
I have always consulted there and solved many problems, especially with dr. Flaubert. One thing I miss there is free wi-fi for customers, basic service today in any clinic or establishment, even more in healthcare. Another thing is to make an appointment for whatsapp, which is also a basic service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, principalmente pelo médico Dr. Flaubert, pois hoje minha mãe era a primeira para ser atendida após um paciente já na sala e esperou mais de 1h sendo que o médico saiu e não nos informou. Segundo a atendente ele saiu para uma emergência, minha mãe não viu isso, então talvez saiu pelos fundos. A falta de respeito com o paciente é tamanha porque não foi nos avisado que ele saiu e por ele ter deixado a luz do escritório acesa não queríamos interromper essa consulta gigantesca, sendo que ele não estava na clínica e a atendente só veio avisar mais de uma HORA depois. Desejo nunca mais pisar nessa clínica e nunca precisar mais de seus serviços de baixa qualidade. NÃO INDICO!
Bad service, especially by the doctor Dr. Flaubert, because today my mother was the first to be seen after a patient was already in the room and waited more than 1 hour and the doctor left and did not inform us. According to the attendant he left for an emergency, my mom didn't see it, so maybe she went out the back. The lack of respect for the patient is so great because we were not told that he left and because he left the office light on we did not want to interrupt this gigantic consultation, since he was not at the clinic and the attendant only came to warn more than one HOUR later. I want to never again step into this clinic and never need its low quality services anymore. NOT INDICATE!
