★ ★ ★ ★ ★ falta de respeito com os pacientes, tento ligar só chama ninguém atende ligando desda 15:30 sendo que a clinica só fecha as 17:00 ligando ate as 16:30 ninguém atende.atendimento péssimo.
 lack of respect with patients, I try to call only call nobody answers calling since 15:30 and the clinic only closes at 17:00 calling until 16:30 no one answers.

Except for the non-fulfillment of the scheduled time (+ 1 hour of waiting) in the rest I was well attended.

Além disso, quando finalmente consegui remarcar a consulta a Dra Ana Cecilia foi grosa e pouco professional, com pouca vontade de trabalhar. Nem sabia quanto demorava a devolução do exame do Papanicolau. No começo ela falou 2 meses (!!!) mas como fiquei incrédula com essa data aí magicamente mudou para 30 dias. Quando saí, a atendente me informou que a dra tinha passado a data errada e que demoraria 45 dias. Acho um exagero total. Não recomendo essa clínica. Atendimento ruim, profissionais ruins e pouca consideração com o paciente. Não voltarei.
They canceled my appointment and forgot to let me know. Total disregard. Furthermore, when I finally managed to reschedule the appointment, Dr Ana Cecilia was rude and unprofessional, with little desire to work. I didn't even know how long it took to return the Pap smear. At the beginning she said 2 months (!!!) but as I was incredulous with this date, it magically changed to 30 days. When I left, the attendant informed me that the doctor had passed the wrong date and that it would take 45 days. I think it's a total exaggeration. I don't recommend this clinic. Poor care, poor professionals and little regard for the patient. Will not return.

I've been calling for hours and just calling. In the 3 telephones on the site... How do you schedule an appointment in a place that does not answer the telephone?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não tenho que reclamar, sempre fui bem atendida e consigo marcar minhas consultas pelo WhatsApp,sem falar do Dr Emerson que é uma benção como ser humano ,já passo com ele alguns anos .
I don't have to complain, I've always been well attended and I can book my appointments through WhatsApp, not to mention Dr Emerson, who is a blessing as a human being, I've spent some years with him.

The gastro service leaves a lot to be desired, not to mention the delay to be consulted. I don't step foot in this clinic anymore!

I'm tired of calling no one answers the phone and neither does zap, needing to schedule an appointment, but it's very difficult!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento em específico a Dr maria Cecília, cancelaram por três vezes seguidas minha consulta, em cima da hora sempre por uma suposta cirurgia de emergência toda vez a mesma desculpa, moro em outra cidade não tem como eu ir e da de cara com a porta sempre, tenho coisas pra fazer e não dá pra ficar passeando de carro, um descaso total com o cliente.
Bad service specifically to Dr maria Cecília, they canceled my appointment three times in a row, always at the last minute because of a supposed emergency surgery every time the same excuse, I live in another city there is no way I can go and I face the door I always have things to do and I can't just drive around in the car, a total disregard for the customer.
