Qualidade sem tamanho. O ÚNICO E MAIOR PROBLEMA É A DISPONIBILIDADE DE DATAS E A DEMORA NO ATENDIMENTO.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marquei minha consulta em janeiro, só tinha vaga para maio, quando cheguei lá não foi para consulta é sim para fazer testes que não são com ele e pegar guia para exames de sangue. Qndo marquei o retorno em julho a consulta foi virtual no consultório, me receitou uma medicação que receberia a receita no WhatsApp já tem 5 dias e não recebi, não sei nem o q vou tomar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje minha mãe foi para uma consulta com o Dr. Petronio, chegou ás 08:00 como marcado, a previsão dele iniciar os atendimento era ás 09:30min. as 09:16min colocaram ela na sala dele , que faria a consulta por video , ou seja, não estava presente. A atendente pediu os exames (foto) para enviar para ele analisar, até aqui tudo bem. 10h05min ela me ligou informando que ainda estava na sala aguardando ele iniciar o atendimento, pedi que levasse o telefone até a atendente para que pudesse falar com ela ( salvo engando o nome da atendente é Riquele), ela disse que ia falar com ele, e quando estava me dirigindo até a clinica para resolver, a atendente mandou ela ir embora e que aguardasse a ligasse dele para fazer a consulta. Por volta, das 17h00, minha irmã ligou para saber se ainda haveria a consulta, e atendente disse que não sabia do caso, pois pela manhã era outra, e ficou de retornar, estou registrando essa postagem as 20h24min e adivinha, nada. Minha mãe é do grupo de risco, precisava da consulta , teve que se deslocar até a clinica, gastou com uber, passou a biometria e a consulta não teve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu esposo é minha filha tinham uma consulta marcada com o dr.Petronio dia 21/07/2021. Por ordem de chegada das 14hs az 15:30 sendo que chegamos lá por volta da 13:40 fizemos o procedimento de passar a digital e ficamos esperando o atendimento é nada de chamarem. Mais ou menos umas 15:30 a atendente nos chamou dizendo que podíamos ir embora que ele ia fazer a chamada pelo WhatsApp pra fazer a consulta isso ele iria fazer na quinta pela manhã deu 11 hs da manhã e nada aí entrei em contato perguntando a atendente disse que ele estava fazendo atendimento é assim que terminasse ia entrar em contato a gente. Pra encurtar a conversa hj segunda dia 26 as 12:45 nada dele entrar em contato e nem satisfação dão. Já liguei pra ouvidoria qyxngo gente procura atendimento do havida fazendo a reclamação e pedindo o cancelamento da consulta.Nunca mais quero pisar naquele consultório porque quando procuramos atendimento médico e porque precisamos e nos tratam com tanto descaso. Falta de respeito com o paciente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior lugar que voce pode se consultar, vc espera demais e fica remarcando as consultas pq toda vida tem uma desculpa, de 8 as 9:30 ordem de chegada as 10:00 comeca atender e dar umas pausas enorme entre uma consulta e outra sem motivos sendo que é tudo por video chamada, atendimento de muito mal gosto da recepcionista, se nao quer trabalhar nao forneça o seu serviço é simples.

Marquei consulta as 8hs e confesso que cheguei um pouco atrasado por volta fas 8h17 mas justifica o atendimento péssimo por parte da clínica. Já são 10hs e até agora não fui atendido. Observei que por volta das 9hs a moça do atendimento entrou em uma sala para ajeitar a máquina que o Dr. Ia fazer as consultas e as 9h23 chamou o primeiro paciente. Então eu sou o terceiro e já são mais de 10hs é até agora nada. Se marca um paciente para as 8hs tem que calcular o tempo de atendimento e marcar o outro talvez 8h30 eu acho para que a pessoa não fique esperando tanto. Moro longe tenho 2 filhos adolescentes que um ficou em casa e o outro não pude ir deixar no colégio porque tive que sair cedo de casa pegando ônibus tomando banho de chuva pra poder chegar na consulta no horário e aí a espera aqui é grande. Queria deixar o meu descontentamento em relação a essa demora. Não adianta marcar um monte de consulta no mesmo horário se não vai dá pra atender
Tem que dá qualidade no atendimento desde a espera quando se chega na clínica. Entendam que tudo isso mexe muito com as vidas das pessoas, pois os pais de família tem outros compromissos também. E sem falar que trabalho com vendas e comissões e já perdi quase meio dia de trabalho. Já são 10h08 e ainda não fui atendido. Vou encerrar esse comentário as 10h13 e ainda não fui atendido.
