★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deveria ter uma investigação. Fui pega o remédio me entregaram a receita errada .quando entregou a certa estava com carimbo da enfermeira nem do médico não era. Na farmácia popular pediu o do médico voltei falei lá o segurança falou que o remédio e baratinho nem precisava fazer queixa . Aí carimbaram a receita com um carimbo de um outro médico por que a médica tava doente e não tinha ninguém lá de médico da equipe aí carimbou de outro médico. Quando falei que ia fazer reclamação pelo telefone as enfermeiras na porta me cercaram falando que tinha médico sim na unidade sendo grosseiras.

Minha família é toda cadastrada, faço as vacinas dos meus filhos lá, e quando necessário já busquei atendimento em todas as vezes fomos bem recebidos. Mesmo com as dificuldades que passam trabalhando na área da saúde, como em épocas que haviam atrasos de salário recorrentes, os profissionais sempre se esforçam para prestar um bom atendimento. É um ótimo trabalho que é feito ali por muitas pessoas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Teste rapido de covid hoje dia 16 Mai 22 levando nais de 1 hora para cada pessoa para fazer. Há mais de 20 pessoas na fila.
A técnica se tranca na sala por mais de 20min... se observa que não há nem resultados para divulgar. Precisam prestar atenção a ela pois o problema está nessa profissional.
Na semana passada, sexta feira dia 13 pela manha um outro técnico , um rapaz foi bem assertivo parabéns a ele.

Sou morador de Jacarepaguá, freguesia estive na clínica com encaminhamento do HOSPITAL DO ANDARAÍ nas mãos para um encaminhamento para PSIQUIATRIA da minha mãe IDOSA 74 ANOS. Expliquei toda a situação, em nenhum momento se comoveram, não quiseram fazer o mesmo alegando que não sou da região, como NÃO? Moro a 3k mltrs da clínica, alegaram que eu tenho que ir para a TAQUARA seguir para lá onde não estão fazendo encaminhamento por falta de funcionário. E agora como fica o atendimento? Um verdadeiro ABSURDO!!! Pagamos nossos impostos a vida toda, e quando precisamos o que recebemos a MÁ VONTADE de pessoas vazias de EMPATIA , e de boa vontade. Se fosse alguém da família ou amigos ela teria feito essa ruindade? Custaria ter feito encaminhamento? Muito obrigado pela má vontade de ajudar o próximo. ? Awful!!! Some employees ZERO EMPATHY, ZERO Goodwill, No desire to help others. I am a resident of Jacarepaguá, parish I was at the clinic with a referral from HOSPITAL DO ANDARAÍ in my hands for a referral to PSYCHIATRY for my 74 YEARS OLD mother. I explained the whole situation, at no time were they moved, they didn't want to do the same, claiming that I'm not from the region, how NO? I live 3k mltrs from the clinic, they claimed that I have to go to TAQUARA to go there where they are not making referrals due to lack of employees. And now how is the service? A real ABSURD!!! We pay our taxes all our lives, and when we need what we receive the BAD WILL of people empty of EMPATHY, and of good will. If it was someone from family or friends would she have done this bad thing? Would it have cost to make a referral? Thank you so much for your willingness to help others. ?
