★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento da clinica é ótimo. Mas a equipe de vacinação infelizmente não atendeu bem os pacientes. Comparando com as outras clinicas de família, posto de saúde, a enfermeira não teve cuidados na hora de aplicar a vacina, simplesmente pegou a agulha, aplicou cruelmente, sem passar algodão com álcool para higienizar e anestesiar o local da picada, e também sem proteção na maca. Foi traumatizante.
Clinic attendance is great. But the vaccination team unfortunately did not serve patients well. Compared with the other family clinics, health centers, the nurse was not careful when applying the vaccine, simply took the needle, applied it cruelly, without using cotton wool with alcohol to sanitize and anesthetize the location of the bite, and also without protection on the stretcher. It was traumatizing.
