★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz meu acompanhamento gestacional todo nessa clínica e depois que ela nasceu ela teve acompanhamento de rotina, eles dão vacinas e remédios da receita médica quando tem!!! Os funcionários são maravilhosos, mas a clínica precisa de mais recursos investidos pra ficar perfeita. Eu de verdade não sei o que eu faria se ela não existisse. Vocês que falam que a clínica deveria ser fechada ou privatizada deveria tomar vergonha na cara e começar a defender o SUS e lutar pra que as verbas não fossem roubadas!!! Pós essa clínica tem tudo pra dar certo, só não tem recursos suficientes.
 I did my whole pregnancy monitoring at this clinic and after she was born she had routine monitoring, they give vaccines and prescription drugs when there is !!! The employees are wonderful, but the clinic needs more resources invested to be perfect. I don't really know what I would do if it didn't exist. You who say that the clinic should be closed or privatized should be ashamed in the face and start to defend SUS and fight for the funds not to be stolen !!! After this clinic has everything to work, it just does not have enough resources.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta de informação e má vontade de boa parte dos agentes é grande ao ponto de pedirem para deixar meu receituário médico (exames e receita de medicamento em data válida) para avalição e depois (sem dia específico) voltar para "ver se a médica teve tempo para dar uma olhada".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui na clínica hoje renovar uma receita, o horário no google diz que abre às 8 da manhã, porém cheguei lá estavam ainda arrumando a clínica e tudo fechado. Fiquei 20 minutos esperando e nada. Uma má vontade para atender as pessoas.
Ainda marcaram o exame de USG com Doppler da minha sogra numa unidade que não tinha o aparelho para fazer o exame com doppler. Absurdo!
I went to the clinic today to renew a prescription, the schedule on google says it opens at 8 am, but when I got there they were still fixing the clinic and everything was closed. I waited 20 minutes and nothing. An unwillingness to serve people.
They even scheduled my mother-in-law's Doppler US exam in a unit that didn't have the device to do the Doppler exam. Absurd!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha mãe mora em Oswaldo Cruz, ela é da clinica de Madureira, porém, moro na Abolição, em frente a clinica da família, meu pai pegava os remédios dela, mas ele faleceu no dia 4 de Janeiro de 2022, eu peguei a receita para poupa_la de sair nessa pandêmia e fui na minha clínica, chegando lá, estava uma fila enorme cheio de pessoas com covid, mesmo assim fiquei, para ajudar a minha mãe que é safenada. A enfermeira Cynthia Barbosa Pereira, farmacêutica sob CRF 20320, se negou a me entregar os remédios, alegando que só poderia ser entregue na clinica correspondente. Insensível, sem empatia, sem respeito ao próximo, mal educada, sem profissionalismo. E ainda por cima, fazem seus próprios horários, disse que a farmácia fecharia às 16.30, sendo que a clínica mantém seu horário de atendimento até as 17.00 hs.
Fiz reclamação junto à ouvidoria do ministério da saúde. Espero que tenha consequências sérias, pois ali, existem pessoas, precisando de um conforto.
Essas profissionais, sujam a imagem de milhares de profissionais da saúde, maravilhosas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui à clínica da família hoje, por volta das 10 da manhã, para atendimento da minha filha de 10 meses. Foi aberta a ficha dela 10:10 da manhã, por ser a primeira vez dela lá para atendimento tivemos que completar os dados do cadastro, assim que acabamos fomos direcionadas para aguardar na porta do consultório 1 que seríamos atendidos pelo médico MARCOS, ele estava atendendo uma paciente enquanto estávamos esperando, quando a paciente saiu imaginei que fôssemos as próximas, mas não, ele se retirou do consultório já sem jaleco, viu que eu estava com a minha filha aguardando para o atendimento e não se importou nem um pouco com isso!!! Voltei na recepção onde fui muito bem atendida pela atendente responsável pela Equipe Casemiro de Abreu, ela pediu pra que eu procurasse a responsável de lá que se chamava Elaine/ Eliane alguma coisa do tipo. A mesma não me deu praticamente nenhuma atenção, mandou eu esperar e se ele já estivesse ido pro almoço era pra aguardar até 13:30 da tarde!! Depois disso, uma outra médica que não consegui pegar o nome veio cheia de ignorância falando que tinha chamado a minha filha enquanto estávamos preenchendo a ficha e ia abrir a sala do consultório dela pra eu aguardar até 13:30. Concluindo: Sai da clínica da família 12:20 sem atendimento, Dr. Marcos não tem amor a sua profissão e sim ao salário que recebe, porque não teve um pingo de compaixão para perder 10 minutos do seu tempo para atender minha filha que não estava lá a passeio! Eliane/Elaine não sabe coordenar e nem administrar nada e a outra médica sem noção não deve ser mãe e saber que uma criança de 10 meses precisa se alimentar antes de 13:30 da tarde. Nunca mais volto lá para atendimento, os médicos acham que estão fazendo um favor e não por estarem sendo pagos, muito bem pagos para dar um atendimento de excelência!!!

After that, another doctor that I couldn't get the name came full of ignorance saying that she had called my daughter while we were filling out the form and was going to open her office room for me to wait until 1:30 pm. In conclusion: Leave the family clinic at 12:20 without attendance, Dr. Marcos doesn't love his profession, but the salary he receives, because he didn't have an ounce of compassion to waste 10 minutes of his time to attend to my daughter who wasn't there for a walk! Eliane/Elaine doesn't know how to coordinate or manage anything and the other clueless doctor must not be a mother and know that a 10-month-old child needs to eat before 1:30 pm. I will never go back there for care, the doctors think they are doing me a favor and not because they are being paid, very well paid to provide excellent care!!!
