★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marcam para as 10:30 , pedem pra chegar às 10:00 vc chega, vai pra triagem, senta e aguarda , é chamado no painel após esperar 30 minutos pra pegar a OS pra exame, conta senta espera novamente para ser chamado e fazer o exame. Até o momento estou aqui , sem saber quando farei o exame. E detalhe fiz essa solicitação tem mais de 8 dias , esperando a autorização. É muito processo para os seus clientes, vcs não encheram isso ? Não tem gestor nessa empresa ? É só ganhar dinheiro é pronto. Olha o quanto de reclamações vcs tem aqui, isso é ter qualidade no atendimento ? As pessoas estão lhes dizendo o que está incomodando elas. São cegos ou surdos ?
They make an appointment for 10:30 am, ask to arrive at 10:00 am you arrive, go to screening, sit and wait, you are called on the panel after waiting 30 minutes to get the OS for examination, count sit down, wait again to be called and do the exam. So far I'm here, not knowing when I'll take the exam. And detail I made this request more than 8 days ago, waiting for authorization. It's a lot of process for your customers, didn't you guys fill it up? There is no manager in this company? Just earning money is done. Look how many complaints you have here, is this having quality service? People are telling them what's bothering them. Are they blind or deaf?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento está péssimo! Marquei meus exames para 11 horas e pediram pra chegar com 1h de antecedência! Cheguei as 9:40h e fui atendida apenas 13:00h
The service is terrible! I scheduled my exams for 11 hours and they asked to arrive 1 hour in advance! I arrived at 9:40 am and was served only at 1:00 pm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marquei um exame 10:00h, cheguei na clinica 09:35... fiz a triagem 09:44 e até agora eu não fui atendida (13:11). Falta de respeito com os pacientes, é necessário tirar um dia só para realizar 1 exame.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima! Marquei um exame de Usg para as 15:00. Pedem pra chegar 30minutos antes, e assim fiz. Cheguei as 14:30 e tive que aguardar 4 horas pra realizar o exame! Falta de respeito com o cliente inaceitável
Awful! I scheduled an Usg exam for 3:00. They ask to arrive 30 minutes early, and so I did. I arrived at 2:30 pm and had to wait 4 hours to take the exam! Unacceptable lack of respect for the customer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O lugar é bom e os funcionários também, mas ocorreu um atraso de mais de 1 hora - esse atraso com os exames já estava ciente desde a manhã - e não foi avisado aos pacientes por telefone antes. Todavia acredito que o lugar vale a pena!
The place is good and the staff too, but there was a delay of more than 1 hour - this delay with the exams I was already aware of since the morning - and patients were not warned by phone beforehand. However, I believe the place is worth it!

Pra que marcar horário se não cumprem? Poderiam falar que é por ordem de chegada, assim o paciente ja fica ciente e preparado. Detalhe: o exame dura 5 minutos…
