Liguei para facilitar o serviço e quando eu sugeri que ela conferisse os emails com o nome da empresa ao inves de dizer que seriamos nós que teriamos que avisar ao funcionário que já foi pago, ela desligou na minha cara. Um erro que compromete a empresa de voces ter um funcionário com este atendimento.
I paid for a service and sent my employee to take the exam. Once there, the employee was received and billed, and the attendant Sandra did not bother to search the email for the receipt that had already been sent.
I called to facilitate the service and when I suggested that she check the emails with the company name instead of saying that we would be the ones who would have to notify the employee that she was already paid, she hung up on me. A mistake that compromises your company to have an employee with this service.
