 Horrible. Poor service by Dr. Francisco Suzarte, it takes time, difficulty to schedule only the return and speaking with ignorant tone to patient for not having taken the exam requested at the same clinic.

Terrible. I arrived at 9:00 to do a ph metria at 9:30, and at 12:30 I was still waiting at the front desk. Lack of respect for customers, lousy service. I do not recommend!!! They're in the cave age ... doctor goes down to do endoscopy and goes up to do ph metria, that's all morning

SĂł pode marcar exames pelo watts, mas levam quase um dia inteiro pra responderem uma mensagen. E por telefone nĂŁo podem fazer nada.
Atendem com må vontade por obrigação.
NĂŁo recomendo
Bad clinic.
You can only schedule exams by watts, but it takes almost a whole day to answer a message. And they can't do anything over the phone.
They serve with ill will out of obligation.

â â â â â Hoje 23/12/2021, uma ClĂnica Gigante, entra de recesso e nĂŁo deixa um funcionĂĄrio de plantĂŁo para pelo menos entregar resultados de exames. Coloca um informativo minĂșsculo que parece mais um cartĂŁo de Natal. Falta de compromisso com os pacientes.
Perdi a agenda com o mĂ©dico para ver meus exames, sĂł consegui remarcar para daqui a 01 mĂȘs e ainda vou ter que pagar nova consulta.
Absurdo!!!
Today 12/23/2021, a Giant Clinic, enters on break and does not leave an employee on duty to at least deliver exam results. Puts up a tiny newsletter that looks more like a Christmas card. Lack of commitment to patients.
I lost my appointment with the doctor to see my exams, I was only able to reschedule for 01 month from now and I'll still have to pay for another appointment.
Absurd!!!
