★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima clinica, atendimento horrivel! Os medicos não tem compromisso com o cliente, existe uma remarcação de consulta que as vezes demora 30 dias, avisam aos clientes que o medico não vai mais atender e fica por isso mesmo. Uma falta de respeito, não recomendo!
 Pessima clinica, horrible service! The doctors have no commitment to the client, there is a redial of consultation that sometimes takes 30 days, warn the clients that the doctor will no longer attend and stay for it. A lack of respect, I do not recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os exames são marcados por ordem de chegada cheguei as 7h e sai as 14hs. Não é factível ou aceitável 7 horas de espera, inclusivel para pessoas portadoras de necessidades especiais. O atendimento médico correu muito bem, mas em decorrência do MAU atendimento telefônico e desorganização jamais voltarei ou recomendarei.
The exams are scheduled in order of arrival I arrived at 7am and left at 2pm. It is not feasible or acceptable 7 hours of waiting, even for people with special needs. The medical assistance went very well, but as a result of the BAD telephone service and disorganization I will never return or recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marquei com uma consulta, sair só trabalho pra ir, chegando lá me informaram que não estava marcada, que não sabiam o que houve, e o médico não iria atender, perdi meu restante do dia de trabalho, e pra completar as atendentes lhe trata como se você tivesse pedindo favor a elas, mal educada ao extremo.
I made an appointment, leaving only work to go, getting there they informed me that it wasn’t scheduled, that they didn’t know what happened, and the doctor wouldn’t answer it, I missed my rest of the work day, and to complete the attendants treat you like if you were asking them a favor, rude to the extreme.

Os portadores de Necessidades Especiais passam praticamente o dia inteiro para o atendimento. É um absurdo o atendimento por ordem de chegada. As pessoas chegam as 7:00 para entregar documentos e o médico chega as 11:00. Já cheguei a sair da clinica as 20:30hrs
O médico DR Solon é excelente, educado, bom profissional, tira todas as nossas dúvidas, mas a clínica é muito desorganizada e não tem respeito pelo cliente.
Estou a procura de um outro neuropediatra por conta disso.

People with Special Needs spend practically all day to attend. It is absurd to attend on a first come, first served basis. People arrive at 7:00 to deliver documents and the doctor arrives at 11:00. I already left the clinic at 20: 30hrs
The doctor DR Solon is excellent, polite, good professional, takes all our doubts, but the clinic is very disorganized and has no respect for the client.
I'm looking for another neuropediatrician because of this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento ,levei meu avô pro Neuro nessa clínica ela passou o exames e quando eu liguei pra marcar o retorno se recusaram a marcar falando que só era 20 dias o prazo, um absurdo me senti roubada pois a médica finalizou uma consulta sem diagnóstico, pior lugar nunca mais entro nesse lugar.
Terrible service, I took my grandfather to the Neuro at this clinic, she passed the exams and when I called to make an appointment, they refused to make an appointment saying that the deadline was only 20 days, I felt absurdly robbed because the doctor finished an appointment without a diagnosis, worse place I never enter that place again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior clínica de Feira de Santana, nunca vi nada parecido. Já começa na marcação de consulta, mais de 30 minutos para conseguir marcar. Marquei dois neuropediatras, os médicos não compareceram à consulta e não ligam para os pacientes para desmarcar. Total desrespeito ao cliente ?
