★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz cirurgia ha um ano ,continuo com dor a cirurgia não deu certo foi feito outro procedimento ,porém as atendentes são péssimas tem o maior descaso com as pacientes ,não retornam mensagem não sei se o dr jose Luís sabe o que elas fazem no meu caso que sou de fora elas nao tiveram nem um pouco de consideracao gastei com viagem hospedagem e não fui atendida voltei para minha cidade ,com dor e sem receita p remedios paguei min hacirurgia particular acho q deveria ser ao menos atendida
I had surgery a year ago, I'm still in pain, the surgery didn't work, another procedure was done, but the attendants are terrible, they have the greatest disregard for the patients, they don't return a message I don't know if Dr jose Luís knows what they do in my case since I am from outside they did not have the slightest bit of consideration I spent it on travel accommodation and I was not attended to I returned to my city, in pain and without a prescription for medication I paid for my private surgery I think it should at least be attended to

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dra Paula te atende com todo carinho e atenção, porém a equipe da recepção deixa a desejar, se a gente não se atentar ao dia e horário agendado perde-se a consulta, pois não ligam pra confirmar. Qdo liguei para verificar a data da minha consulta, o dia já havia se passado e ouvi o seguinte: "você perdeu". As atendentes deveriam nos acolher um pouco melhor. Entrar em contato para confirmação da consulta, por meio telefone, SMS ou WhatsApp seria ótimo.
Dr Paula attends you with all affection and attention, but the reception team leaves something to be desired, if we do not pay attention to the day and time scheduled, the appointment is lost, as they do not call to confirm. When I called to check the date of my appointment, the day had already passed and I heard the following: "you missed it". The attendants should welcome us a little better. Getting in touch for appointment confirmation, via phone, SMS or WhatsApp would be great.
