★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clínica péssima, desrespeitosa com o paciente, pois mesmo estando marcado o dia e dentro do horário estipulado pela atendente, que no caso foi de 9h as 11h, o paciente não consegue atendimento, e é barrado logo na entrada por um senhor que distribui "fichas", alegando que já foram distribuídas as 40 fichas para o dia(pasmem, pois, não sei como um médico pode atender 40 pacientes em um intervalo tão curto). O mesmo senhor(que estava do lado de fora da clínica) disse que pra ser atendido lá, o ser humano teria que chegar pelo menos as 6 horas da manhã! e talvez nem pegasse a "ficha". Além de tudo isso, o local estava lotado de pessoas sem o mínimo distanciamento, e pelo que entendi iriam ter que esperar mais de 4 horas para serem atendido! A atendente da marcação ainda me disse que a culpa eram dos médicos e que se quisesse fosse reclamar com a direção da clínica! Mas que eu teria que ir lá pessoalmente, pois não atendem por telefone. Realmente é uma piada!!!
Terrible clinic, disrespectful to the patient, because even though the date is set and within the time stipulated by the attendant, which in this case was from 9:00 am to 11:00 am, the patient cannot be seen, and is barred at the entrance by a man who distributes "tokens ", claiming that the 40 forms for the day have already been distributed (amazingly, I don't know how a doctor can see 40 patients in such a short interval). The same gentleman (who was outside the clinic) said that to be assisted there, the human being would have to arrive at least 6 am! and maybe not even took the "token". In addition to all this, the place was packed with people without the slightest distance, and from what I understood they would have to wait more than 4 hours to be served! The appointment attendant even told me that the doctors were to blame and that if I wanted to go complain to the direction of the clinic! But that I would have to go there in person, as they don't answer by phone. It really is a joke!!!

Infelizmente, meu plano de saúde tem convênio com ela. Mas além de o atendimento ser péssimo, ela é muito desorganizada. Na penúltima consulta marcaram o dia errado do médico psiquiatra, fazendo-me dá uma viagem perdida. Além do médico ter entrado de férias e não ter dado medicamentos suficientes, como se eu pudesse interromper meu tratamento a qualquer momento. Falei com o clínica, e ela disse que não poderia fazer nada e que eu teria que aguardar a volta do médico.
Já passei por 4 psiquiatras nessa clínica, por conta da superlotação de atendimento, mal olham para o seu rosto. apenas perguntam como você está e passam a receita, sem fazer uma avaliação mais aprofundada.
Além disso, a superlotação em tempos de pandemia não parou. Nem parece que estamos em uma clínica particular. É um descaso enorme.
É um lugar de adoecimento, não de tratamento.
Terrible and unethical clinic.
Unfortunately, my health plan has an agreement with her. But in addition to the poor service, it is very disorganized. In the penultimate appointment they marked the wrong day of the psychiatrist, making me give a lost trip. Plus the doctor went on vacation and didn't give me enough medication, as if I could interrupt my treatment at any time. I spoke to the clinic, and she said that she couldn't do anything and that I would have to wait for the doctor to return.
I've been through 4 psychiatrists in this clinic, due to the overcrowding of care, they barely look at your face. they just ask how you are and pass on the recipe, without making a deeper assessment.
Furthermore, overcrowding in times of pandemic has not stopped. It doesn't even look like we're in a private clinic. It's a huge disregard.
It is a place of illness, not treatment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo ambiente!!! Não tenho nem palavras para descrever o quão péssima essa clínica é. Superlotação, desorganização, demora uma eternidade para atender, recepcionistas mal educadas que não sabem lidar com pessoas, o médico (psiquiatra) é uma boa pessoa mas nota-se que é sobrecarregado, sendo assim o atendimento acaba sendo razoável. Infelizmente somos obrigados a aturar pois não há opções no plano de saúde. Mas quem puder, procure outro local pois esse é um descaso total!
A gente já tem uma saúde mental ruim e está buscando a melhora, a calmaria, e a sensação é de que não conseguiremos alcançar essa melhora se continuar nessa clínica.
Terrible environment!!! I have no words to describe how terrible this clinic is. Overcrowding, disorganization, takes forever to attend, rude receptionists who do not know how to deal with people, the doctor (psychiatrist) is a good person but it is noted that he is overloaded, so the service ends up being reasonable. Unfortunately we are forced to put up with it because there are no options in the health plan. But who can, look for another place because this is a total neglect!
We already have bad mental health and are looking for improvement, calm, and the feeling is that we will not be able to achieve this improvement if we continue in this clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento muito precário principalmente no quesito Psiquiatra alguns extremamente grosseiros e os bons duram pouco ou nao tem vaga e quando se trata do HAP VIDA Piora um pouco deixa a desejar em todos os sentido.
