★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tento marcar uma consulta pra minha tia e só dá oculpado. O sistema de saúde tá uma bosta até no particular tá difícil. O dinheiro da saude pública ta sendo extraviado por bandidos vamos pra 16 anos de Pt e o sistrma de saúde vai de mal a pior.
I try to make an appointment for my aunt and just get busy. The health care system is shit even in private it's hard. The money from the public health is being misplaced by bandits going to 16 years of Pt and the health system goes from bad to worse.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sei que o SOS mão é considerado um dos melhores hospitais em "cirurgia de mão do Brasil, como também seu corpo médico. Infelizmente o atendimento via telefone tanto para marcação de consulta/exames e principalmente no quesito INFORMAÇÃO, é péssimo, existe um despreparo completo por parte dos recepcionistas, demora para conseguir uma ligação pois o telefone é sempre OCUPADO; Passei 10 dias tentando marcar uma consulta e não consegui; por incrível que pareça me informaram que Dr. Paulo Sobral atende em uma clínica aqui em Timbaúba, marquei na 2° feira e fui atendida na 5° feira; por ordem de chegada, médico pontual , atendimento nota 10 ! ! ! ! ! Agora, sofro desde o dia seguinte da consulta (15 dias ) para marcar os exames de Eletroneuromiografia e ultrassom das mãos e não consigo. PASMEM, dizem os antigos que a capa, no caso a marcação de consultas e exames é que valorizam o profissional . . . Aqui em Timba já residiu um profissional de saúde que era muito fraco de conhecimentos , mas, o atendimento do funcionário da limpeza até a recepcionista era tão bom tão receptivo que o consultório dele era cheio de segunda a sexta ! !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um absurdo. Telefone demorou horas e após a Sra Tamires atender, a recepcionista perguntou de imediato sobre o meu convênio de saúde. Disse-me que só teria vaga em novembro! Ou seja, daqui a dois meses! Tenham certeza de que se fosse pago diretamente, a disponibilidade na SOS Neuro seria aberta muito antes.
Nonsense. The phone took hours and after Ms Tamires answered, the receptionist immediately asked about my health insurance. He told me he would only have a place in November!
