★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agendam consulta mas não cumprem o horário. Tive de sair sem ser atendido. Solicitei estorno do valor pago e me garantiram que em ATÉ 24h estaria resolvido. NÃO RESOLVERAM.
Não recomendo. Péssimos!!!
 Schedule an appointment but do not stick to the schedule. I had to leave without being answered. I requested a chargeback of the amount paid and I was assured that by 24h it would be settled. NOT SOLVED.
I do not recommend. Lousy !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O pessoal da recepção é péssimo, mal educados, grosseiros e totalmente despreparados, pois acho que um bom atendimento influência totalmente em um bom trabalho. A ginecologista que me atendeu é maravilhosas e a consulta + preventivo foi simplesmente tranquila. Só não volto novamente na clínica por conta do pessoal da recepção.
The reception staff is terrible, badly educated, rude and totally unprepared, because I think that a good service totally influences a good job. The gynecologist who attended me is wonderful and the consultation + preventive was simply quiet. I just don't go back to the clinic again because of the reception staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No geral nao tenho como dar uma nota ruim,lá tem medicos bons e outros ruins,como em todo lugar,nunca demorou pra me atender,mas como todas as recalmacoes tambem concordo,a recepcão pior que a do sus,acho que por ser um valor mais baixo eles nos trata com arrogançia,nos olha com ar de superioridade,e poucos nao tá nem ai pra resolver nosso problema,na segunda recepçao tem uma senhora que só Deus na vida dela,trata todos com arrogançia.
In general I can't give a bad grade, there are good doctors and other bad ones, like everywhere, it never took them long to see me, but like all repressions I also agree, the reception is worse than the sus, I think because I'm a lower value they treat us with arrogance, look at us with an air of superiority, and few do not care to solve our problem, in the second reception there is a lady who only God in her life, treats everyone with arrogance.

Gerência horrível que só enrola tentando aplicar golpe na pessoa.
Exames que não são completados corretamente a e eles querem cobrar novamente pior clínica que já vi na vida um particular pior que o sus.
Terrible service horrible poorly educated attendants who only know how to gossip at work.
Horrible management that just rolls around trying to hit the person.
Exams that are not completed correctly a and they want to charge again the worst clinic I've ever seen in my life a particular worse than the sus.

Demora muito pra ser atendido.
Meu horário era 15:30 já são 17:40 e não fui atendida ainda.
Cheguei com meia hora de antecedência só fui informada que o atendimento estava atrasado.
Falta organização.
Até as atendentes das recepções não sabem informar corretamente o andamento das agendas.
Os funcionários já estão indo embora e continuo a esperar.
I didn't have the good service.
It takes a long time to be attended to.
My time was 15:30, it's already 17:40 and I haven't been answered yet.
I arrived half an hour early and was only informed that the service was late.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lá ta parecendo um atendimento público, sendo que agente paga pra ter algo diferente, marcam horário não sei por que pois quando o medico não chega na hora que bem quer o atendimento com algum paciente é demorado e acaba atrasando todos os outros,isso é algo que é pra ser cauculado por a gerência da clinina o tempo aproximado que leva um atendimento, e não sair marcando um monte de gente pra horários proximos, agente quando sai de casa tem responsabilidade a fazer o resto do dia, ninguém tem tempo livre de ficar o dia todo na clinica, eu até gosto do atendimento das meninas lá e o médico ginecologista é super educado também, mas a clinica tem deichado a desejar nesse sentido de horário.
It looks like a public service, as the agent pays to have something different, they make an appointment, I don't know why because when the doctor doesn't arrive at the time he wants to see a patient, it takes a long time and ends up delaying everyone else, that's something which is to be measured by the clinic's management of the approximate time it takes for an appointment, and not to schedule a lot of people for close times, when the agent leaves the house, he has the responsibility to do the rest of the day, no one has free time to stay all day at the clinic, I even like the girls' care there and the gynecologist is super polite too, but the clinic has left something to be desired in this sense of time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, super lotado e incapaz de prestar o atendimento no horário agendado! Todas as vezes que minha mãe precisou de atendimento sempre é atendida mais de 2 horas depois do horário agendado.
Se a clínica não tem a capacidade de atender no horário agendado seria melhor não vender este tipo de serviço.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dia 10 do mês corrente, terça feira pela tarde, após sair da fisioterapia fui agendar as próximas Fisioterapias, a atendente informou que a agenda não estava aberta e orientou usar o WhatsApp. Na mesma tarde, enviei msg informando os dias e h do meu agendamento: próxima sexta; terça e sexta finalizando as 10 primeiras sessões. No dia seguinte , 11, tronei a mandar msg que estava no aguardo das marcações, entretanto só no dia 12 pela tarde, que recebi a seguinte msg *Ligar para um determinado número* Resultado, interrompi meu tratamento na referida semana, tratamento já pago. Qual a finalidade do uso do zap \ O respeito com os Clientes - Pacientes precisam ser revisto \ Tais atitudes, inclusive o não cumprimento dos horários das consultas por parte de uma Dentista configura violação dos Diretos dos Consumidores; fragiliza a relação de consumo; causa stress e exposição negativa dos pacientes. Nas diversas situações que vivi, sempre exponho meu descontentamento indo em busca de fazer valer o respeito, ética que devem permear as relações interpessoais. A referida clinica não disponibiliza formulários de avaliação, só resta buscar funcionários para relatar os transtornos, o que implica em exposição dos clientes-pacientes

In the different situations I have experienced, I always express my discontent, going in search of respect, ethics that must permeate interpersonal relationships. The aforementioned clinic does not provide evaluation forms, it only remains to seek employees to report the disorders, which implies exposure of clients-patients
