Fui para um exame e só fiz a ficha mais de duas horas após chegar na clínica. Ninguém sabe informar nada. Ambiente estava extremamente cheio e com muitas pessoas em pé na recepção aguardando. Tinha pacientes que chegaram as 10h e às 15:30 ainda não tinham sido atendidos. Alguns inclusive desistiram.
Terrible attendance!
I went for an exam and did not make the record more than two hours after arriving at the clinic. Nobody knows how to report anything. Ambience was extremely crowded and with many people standing at the reception waiting. There were patients who arrived at 10am and at 3:30 pm still had not been seen. Some even gave up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótima clínica, atendimento excelente. A cardiologista, dra. Tatiana, e o acumputurista, dr. Eliezer, são ótimos. Super recomendo. Minha neta é atendida pela ginecologista, dra. Carla, é ótima. E ainda tem o SST card, que ela tem desconto nas consultas, porque ela não tem plano.
Great clinic, excellent service. The cardiologist, Dr. Tatiana, and the accumputurist, dr. Eliezer, they're great. I highly recommend it. My granddaughter is attended by the gynecologist, Dr. Carla, it's great. And there is also the SST card, which she has a discount on consultations, because she has no plan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento inaceitável, falta de respeito e consideração com o cliente! Nem quando o serviço é particular e pago. Não sei o que estão fazendo com essa clínica aberta, sinceramente! Odiei, não recomendo nenhum pouco, pague mais caro em outro lugar, mas prefira ter um atendimento melhor do que o deles! Desde o começo ao fim do atendimento foram ridículos! Mal organizados, pessoas que não valorizam o trabalho e muito menos o cliente, fui má atendida do começo ao fim!!!!
Unacceptable service, lack of respect and consideration for the customer! Not even when the service is private and paid. I don't know what they are doing with this open clinic, honestly! I hated it, I do not recommend it at all, pay more elsewhere, but prefer to have a better service than theirs! From the beginning to the end of the service they were ridiculous! Poorly organized, people who do not value work and much less the client, I was poorly attended from beginning to end !!!!

Fui na clínica baseado nas avaliações das pessoas, mas me decepcionei! ?Péssimo atendimento em todos os setores; Os funcionários não são prestativos e nem tão pouco compreensivos! Pois, fiquei na sala de espera há quase quatro horas, esperando pra ser atendida, com duas crianças, o ar-condicionado quebrado, a clínica cheia; Sendo que eu era a única que estava com um bebê e uma pré adolescente. Confesso que eu nunca passei por uma experiência do tipo; principalmente em um estabelecimento particular! O meu bebê ficou chorando agoniado e inquieto, fiquei totalmente sem saber o que fazer me sentir humilhada na quele momento, me sentir incapaz!? Mesmo assim fui a penúltima a ser atendida?
Pois é, expus meus filhos ao risco dessa pandemia perdir tempo, perdir dinheiro, por uma consulta com menos de 15 minutos.? Um absurdo isso! Fiquei muito indignada!!! Pois com tudo isso, sinto em dizer, que esse texto não tem nem a metade do que eu passei.?
Lamentável! Por tudo que eu passei, pra mim essa Clínica não é mérito de 5 Infelizmente!?

Well, I stayed in the waiting room for almost four hours, waiting to be seen, with two children, the air conditioning broken, the clinic full; Since I was the only one with a baby and a pre-teen. I confess that I have never had such an experience; mainly in a private establishment! My baby was crying agonized and restless, I was totally at a loss what to do to feel humiliated at that moment, to feel incapable! ? Even so, I was the penultimate to be attended?
Yes, I exposed my children to the risk of this pandemic wasting time, losing money, for a consultation with less than 15 minutes.? That's absurd! I was very indignant !!! For with all this, I feel to say, that this text is not even half of what I went through. passe
Unfortunate! For all that I went through, for me this Clinic is not a merit of 5 Unfortunately! ?
