★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marquei por telefone uma consulta com psiquiatra, ao chegar na clínica descobri que não existe psiquiatra, quem iria me atender seria um psicanalista. Perdi tempo de deslocamento e passei raiva.

Consultas de 5 minutos no máximo, sequer verificam a pressão do paciente (exames físicos), muito menos fazem perguntas sobre seu histórico médico (anamnese). Além do que, alguns médicos - ginecologistas - cobram honorários por retorno, ainda que para apresentar exames complementares solicitados na primeira consulta.
Terrible customer service, differing information. Consultations of 5 minutes at most do not even check the patient's pressure (physical exams), much less ask questions about his medical history (anamnesis). In addition, some doctors - gynecologists - charge fees for return, even if to present additional tests requested in the first consultation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSSIMO ATENDIMENTO, MAIS DE UMA HORA DE ESPERA PRA SER ATENDIDO NA CONSULTA COM HORA MARCADA E DIFÍCIL MARCAR UM RETORNO. PARECEM QUE NÃO DÃO PREFERÊNCIA A RETORNO DE CONSULTA. NÃO RECOMENDO.
BAD SERVICE, MORE THAN AN HOUR OF WAITING TO BE ATTENDED AT THE APPOINTMENT WITH AN APPOINTMENT AND DIFFICULT TO SCHEDULE A RETURN. THEY APPEAR THAT THEY DO NOT GIVE PREFERENCE TO RETURN OF CONSULTATION. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Total falta de respeito aos usuários, várias consultas marcadas para o mesmo horário, médicos super atrasados ( não é excessão, todos os dias tem médicos atrasados) espera de mais de 1hr para consulta. Infelizmente comigo foi recorrente das 6 vezes que utilizei os serviços da clínica, 5 vezes houveram atrasados de no mínimo 30 min. Lembrando que é um serviço PAGO, todos os usuários pagam um valor mensal além das consultas e exames.
TOTAL FALTA DE PROFISSIONALISMO, FALTA DE RESPONSABILIDADE E PRINCIPALMENTE FALTA DE HUMANIDADE COM O USUÁRIO QUE PAGA POR UM SERVIÇO E É TRATADO COM TODO ESSE DESCASO.
Total lack of respect for users, multiple appointments scheduled for the same time, doctors super late (no exception, there are late doctors every day) waiting for more than 1hr for an appointment. Unfortunately for me, it was recurrent in the 6 times I used the clinic's services, 5 times there were delays of at least 30 minutes. Remembering that it is a PAID service, all users pay a monthly fee in addition to consultations and exams.
TOTAL LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM, LACK OF RESPONSIBILITY AND MAINLY LACK OF HUMANITY WITH THE USER WHO PAYS FOR A SERVICE AND IS TREATED WITH ALL SUCH DENIAL.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já fiz algumas consultas e parte odontológica achei muito bom; após mudarem o espaço físico ficou bem melhor,mas atendimento (inclusive já falei com atendentes) ficou pior ,mas não acho que é culpa dos atendentes eles são bons e educados...talvez,poucos funcionários ou pouca experiência e aí acaba dando insatisfação nos clientes.Fiquei assustada com os comentários pq a clínica é boa e valores mais acessíveis...que pena que alguns não tiveram bom atendimento ; espero que seja resolvido e mantenham um bom padrão na clínica.
I've already done some consultations and the dental part found it very good; after moving the physical space, it got much better, but the service (I've even talked to the attendants) got worse, but I don't think it's the attendants' fault they are good and polite...maybe, they have few employees or little experience and then it ends up giving us dissatisfaction customers. I was scared by the comments because the clinic is good and prices are more affordable... it's a shame that some didn't have good service; I hope it gets resolved and they maintain a good standard in the clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo das atendentes, quase 100% delas. Faço tratamento dentário com aparelho fixo, já é a terceira dentista que está fazendo a manutenção. A clínica não tem gerência, só querem quantidade e não qualidade. Todas as dentistas são nota 10, mas a gerência deixa muito a desejar. Já enviei mensagem para o whatsapp direto dos responsáveis, e nda foi feito, mas nda mesmo. Se a rotatividade dos funcionários em uma empresa é grande, o erro não é dos funcionários e sim da empresa. Que tem que ter um treinamento com seus Funcionários, reciclagem de tempos em tempos.
Sempre marco a manutenção sempre para o primeiro horário 8hs, e já perdi as contas de quantas foram as vezes que sai da clínica sem atendimento. Além de sair p da vida, eu perco tempo, perco dinheiro, pois vou para o trabalho de Uber para não chegar muito atrasado, chego atrasado no trabalho sem ter passado pelo dentista. Tudo bem, imprevisto acontece, mas 3 vezes seguidas? Não indico nunca essa clínica. Estou lá até hj pelo tratamento dentário que faço. Atendimento zerooooooooo.
