★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou decepcionado com essa clínica de Olinda, os médicos podem chegar atrasado que os pacientes são obrigados a ficar calados. Quando o paciente atrasa 9 minutos para a consulta, o médico cancela atendimento! Olhe que estava dentro do prazo de tolerância que são os 10 ou15 minutos de atraso. Devido a falta de compreensão e respeito comigo, estou cancelando meu cartão e de todos da minha família. (Olhe que estarei cancelando o meu, da minha esposa, da minha sogra, do meu sogro e do meu genro).
I am disappointed with this clinic in Olinda, doctors can be late and patients are forced to keep quiet. When the patient is 9 minutes late for the appointment, the doctor cancels the appointment! Look that it was within the tolerance period that is 10 or 15 minutes late. Due to lack of understanding and respect for me, I'm canceling my card and everyone in my family. (Look, I'll be canceling mine, my wife's, my mother-in-law's, my father-in-law's and my son-in-law's).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelentes médicos e bons recepcionistas, limpeza sempre certinha, não demora para o atendimento ser realizado. Apenas demoram um pouquinho para iniciar o atendimento via whatsapp e por ligações.

A clínica bem organizada tudo limpinho estão todos os funcionários de parabéns já indiquei pra um parente que irá fazer o cartão de todos e vou indicar aos meus amigos???

Minha mãe agendou com a Gastroenterologista Ana Maria Monteiro (A UNIDADE NÃO QUIS INFORMAR O CRM) as 10:40 do dia 25/03, cheganos as 10:30 e uma das recepcionistas, confirmado pela Coordenadora, informaram que a “Doutora” simplesmente decidiu ir embora.
Ou seja, você paga mensalmente, quando precisa e agenda, o médico simplesmente decide que pode sair.
A unidade nem se prontificou a ligar pra paciente.
Vamos atrás do CRM pra tomar as medidas cabíveis contra a médica e contra a unidade de saúde de Olinda/PE.

My mother made an appointment with the Gastroenterologist Ana Maria Monteiro (THE UNIT DID NOT WANT TO INFORM THE CRM) at 10:40 am on 03/25, we arrived at 10:30 am and one of the receptionists, confirmed by the Coordinator, informed that the “Doctor” simply decided to go away.
That is, you pay monthly, when you need and schedule, the doctor simply decides that you can leave.
The unit did not even offer to call the patient.
We go after the CRM to take the appropriate measures against the doctor and against the health unit in Olinda/PE.
