 This clinic is wonderful. From the phone service, reception and doctors! I went to have blood drawn and the nurses were so attentive!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento excelente, desde a abordagem na porta . Apenas uma observação, os exames em que os pacientes devem estar em jejum devem ser o mais próximo do horário marcado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marquei um exame para minha mãe fazer o Ecocardiograma hoje e a doutora não veio para realizar o exame avisou os funcionários que não iria comparecer desde de ontem, mas ninguém no atendimento entrou em contato comigo para avisar a ausência da doutora.
Fiquei indignada com tão pouco caso com os pacientes.
Agora me responderam que não havia agenda pra hoje.
Então porque marcaram?
Até adicionei a foto da marcação feita por vocês.
I scheduled an exam for my mother to do the Echocardiogram today and the doctor did not come for the exam and told the employees that she would not be there since yesterday, but no one in the service contacted me to notify the doctor of absence.
I was outraged by so little case for patients.
Now they told me that there was no schedule for today.
So why did they score?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, péssima clínica atendimento e consulta demorado marca um horário pede pra chegar 20min antes e só vai passar mais de 1h depois só tem marketing... fiquei 2hrs esperando ser chamado pra ser atendido com o otorrino ... aff
Terrible, terrible clinic, service and long consultation, make an appointment, ask to arrive 20 minutes before and it will only pass more than 1 hour later, there is only marketing... I waited 2 hours to be called to be seen by the ENT... aff

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Descaso , desrespeitada na clínica ,aguardei duas horas e meia para um exame de ultrassom e faltando ainda 7 pessoas ,o "semi profissional" foi embora simplesmente ,alegando que levaria sua assistente no médico . Realmente vice vale o que paga ,clínica podre .... Não vale apena pagar cartão de todos ..
Neglect, disrespected at the clinic, I waited two and a half hours for an ultrasound exam and with 7 people still missing, the "semi-professional" simply left, claiming that he would take his assistant to the doctor. Really vice is worth what you pay, rotten clinic.... It's not worth paying everyone's card..

Consulta ok .
Dia de exame , muito gente para uma sala de exame . Acredito que vcs devem organizar melhor essa parte. E outra coisa , fui colher o papanicolau e a sala estava com o trinco quebrado. É um exame desconfortável e ainda mais , sabendo que a porta não tranca. Por favor verificar isso . E no dia do exames os banheiros estavam bem sujos

Exam day, too many people for an exam room. I think you should organize this part better. And another thing, I went to get the pap smear and the latch was broken in the room. It's an uncomfortable examination and even more so, knowing that the door doesn't lock. Please check this. And on exam day the toilets were pretty dirty
