★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sinceramente não sei o que está acontecendo com essa pizzaria, sempre foi s melhor da região, mas ultimamente a qualidade vem caindo muito, em todos os aspectos, hoje mesmo fiz um pedido de esfirras, com a demora de 1h25 min de atraso, você entra em contato pelo WhatsApp, não te dão atenção, simplesmente escreveram AGUARDANDO MOTOQUEIRO, depois de 15 min não te dão uma devolutiva, ou seja chegou as esfirras, frias e borrachudas, e não é a primeira vez que isso acontece, não sabem tratar ou fidelizar os seus clientes, mas fazem isso porque não temos muitas opções de pizzaria na região, deveriam ao menos valorizar seus clientes!
Honestly, I don't know what's happening with this pizzeria, it's always been the best in the region, but lately the quality has been dropping a lot, in all aspects, today I ordered sferras, with a delay of 1h25 minutes, you enter in contact via WhatsApp, they don't pay attention to you, they simply wrote WAITING FOR MOTOQUEIRO, after 15 min they don't give you a return, that is, the cold and rubbery sirras arrived, and it's not the first time this has happened, they don't know how to treat or retain their customers, but they do this because we don't have many pizzeria options in the region, they should at least value their customers!

Pizza gostosa, bons ingredientes e atendimento rápido.
Também deixo meu elogio às atendentes e aos entregadores que são educados e profissionais.
I like to vary options, but I always end up buying 3 hearts at the pizzeria. Really very good!
Delicious pizza, good ingredients and quick service.
I also leave my compliments to the attendants and deliverymen who are polite and professional.

A tempo pra entregar o pedido na mesa aumentou muito, a atendente (de hoje pelo menos), acredito que era uma atendente nova, super antipática e desatenta.
Nos sentimos quase que humilhados, como se ela estivesse fazendo um enorme favor pra gente a nos atender. Não entregou copos, pratos a talheres. Quando entregou o refrigerante, pedimos os copos e trouxe.
Muitos minutos depois trouxe a pizza mas os pratos e talheres não. Fui até o balcão onde ela tinha ido, pedi para providenciar isso, nem me deu resposta, ignorou e demorou mais pra, finalmente, trazer os pratos e talheres.
Não sei se as pizzas perderam o sabor legal que tinham ou se, já quase frias pela demora dos pratos, nos decepcionaram.
Falta uma atenção maior dessa atendente.
A atendente mais antiga sempre foi muito simpática e atenciosa, poderia ensinar a nova atendente a como trabalhar.

We felt almost humiliated, as if she was doing us a huge favor. He did not deliver glasses, plates to cutlery. When we delivered the soda, we ordered the glasses and brought it.
Many minutes later I brought the pizza but the plates and cutlery did not. I went to the counter where she had gone, asked to arrange it, didn't even give me an answer, ignored it and took longer to finally bring the plates and cutlery.
I don't know if the pizzas lost their cool flavor or if, already almost cold due to the delay in the dishes, they disappointed us.
This attendant lacks more attention.
The oldest attendant was always very friendly and attentive, she could teach the new attendant how to work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pizza de mussarela é boa, mas as outras pizzas que comi não gostei muito (baiana, frango com catupiry, calabresa com bacon).
É um lugar legal para ir e ficar um tempo, aconchegante, tem banheiro e é bem limpo.
Na compra de 2 pizzas o refrigerante é grátis (peguei uma Fanta Uva).
The mozzarella pizza is good, but the other pizzas I ate did not really like it (baiana, chicken with catupiry, calabrese with bacon).
It is a cool place to go and stay for a while, cozy, has a bathroom and is very clean.
When buying 2 pizzas the soda is free (I got a Fanta Grape).
