★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É a segunda vez que faço alongamento de cílios e a primeira que fiz design de sobrancelha com henna, e foi tudo ok. Não tive problema de agendamento, às vezes demora pra atender o telefone, mas observando bem a rotina ali é a dona que faz tudo porque segundo ela, prefere fazer tudo para não ter problema com funcionários faltosos ou enrolados, até aí entendo o receio dela. Creio que a estrutura deveria receber um investimento e algumas coisas mudar, mas daí a decisão é da proprietária. Mesmo assim, não tenho do que reclamar! Voltaria a fazer alongamento de cílios, design de sobrancelha. O local carece de uma boa consultoria e treinamento, mas nada grave, porque também nunca fui destratada lá e já fiz procedimentos em salão que o tratamento ñ foi lá agradável.

I had no scheduling problem, sometimes it takes a long time to answer the phone, but observing the routine there, it is the owner who does everything because, according to her, she prefers to do everything to not have a problem with missing or tangled employees, until then I understand her fear. I believe that the structure should receive an investment and some things change, but that is the decision of the owner. Still, I have nothing to complain about! I would do eyelash extension again, eyebrow design. The place lacks a good consultancy and training, but nothing serious, because I was never dislocated there and I have already done procedures in the salon that the treatment was not pleasant.

Muito insatisfeita com a tentativa de marcar horario pois a mulher que me atendeu (se dizia proprietaria do estabelecimento) demorei 2 Dias pra conseguir Marcar um horario e ouvir albums audios bem mal educados. Na data marcada ela me ligou 2h antes e me deu tres desculpas diferenciadas. Resumo EU tinha visto o trabalho dela no Groupon e Ela me indicou pagar pra ela o mesno Valor sem pegar o voucher do groupon pra que ela nao fosse obrigada a pagar taxa. Ela se arrependeu do valor e me cancelou em cima da hora sem o minimo de preocupacao pois avisei que EU Tinha viagem de trabalho (trabalho com eventos e precisava do servico para trabalhar) e tb em EU ter desmarcado una reuniao para me adequar aos horarios dela. SEM PROFISSIONALISMO NENHUM!
Very dissatisfied with the clinic.
Very dissatisfied with the attempt to make an appointment because the woman who attended to me (she said she owned the establishment) it took me 2 days to be able to make an appointment and listen to rude audio albums. On the scheduled date she called me 2h before and gave me three different excuses. Summary I had seen her work at Groupon and she told me to pay her the same amount without taking the groupon voucher so that she would not be required to pay a fee. She regretted the amount and canceled me at the last minute without the slightest concern because I told her that I had a business trip (I work with events and needed the service to work) and that I had canceled a meeting to suit my schedule. . NO PROFESSIONALISM AT ALL!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo, desrespeito com cliente! Agendei há 2 semanas e pediram pra eu avisar se não fosse por ter muita gente esperando. Cheguei na recepção e me ligaram informando conflito de agenda, que dispensaram todos e esqueceram de me avisar. Deixei de trabalhar e gastei tempo e dnh pra chegar lá antecipadamente! Se nao sabem organizar uma agenda nao tenho coragem de voltar!
I do not recommend, disrespect to the customer! I booked 2 weeks ago and was asked to let me know if it wasn't for having a lot of people waiting. I arrived at the reception and they called me informing about the conflict of the agenda, who dismissed everyone and forgot to let me know. I stopped working and spent time and money to get there in advance! If you don't know how to organize an agenda, I don't have the courage to return!
